The welcome was warm, the appearance was lovely and warm feeling! The staff were very friendly, excellent and knowledgeable of the menu. The food was outstanding the starters were different to the norm that you get in other steak houses and they were gorgeous but then the main meals came out and they were even better! We were stuffed after the meals and didn’t really need deserts but we had two to share between the four of us and they didn’t let us down either! Will defy be recommending and returning.

I did enjoy my night there but probably wont return. Generally the food was tasty but there was a general lack of effort which was disappointing. Every thing I ordered was wrong but the food was very tasty. No discount given to make amends for the mistakes or acknowledgment/apology. I can detail the issues below if anyone is interested - it's pretty boring but maybe insightful to someone - no real show stoppers just accumulatively not great - I booked a Tuesday evening for my wife's birthday - table for 2 - we paid £122 for our meal so for that money you expect things to be right Requested a nice table - booked weeks in advance - got a weird 'add on' table next to the door to get to the toilet - wasn't a huge issue but they'd clearly not accommodated. Ordered surf and turn starter with sourdough bready (I love sourdough bread) came with a toasted hot dog bun. I asked the waitress if it was meant to come with sourdough - she acknowledged they'd run out. Ordered an Estrella they delivered Malaga which wasn't great - they apologised and I thought I'd give it a go. It was super gassy and I only drank a third of it - then the left was left undrunk. A good server would notice that and replace it. Then my main course - paid for a rib eye (that was delicious) but asked for no parmesan salad - I hate parmasan with a passion. Arrived with cheese salad.... Server apologised and then brought out another plate and had me scrape it off onto the other plate - bizzare! Then the chips arrived. Oddly some were quite cold and some were perfectly hot, not a big problem but just another minor detail to add to the pile. There were a number of minor issues there that should have led to some sort of acknowledgment at the final bill stage - even an apology for the issues would've been enough but nothing - just a hefty bill and a thank you. The servers were all pleasant though

We celebrated my sons birthday here,he’s been wanting to go for ages! Everything was perfect from start to finish. Yes it is a little expensive but as a special treat it was definitely worth it. Will be booking agin for the next celebration!

Very disappointed with our experience on Tuesday 3rd November. Firstly when I booked our tanle I requested an easily accessible table as I have mobility issues - we were placed on a table as far away from the entrance that was possible. We were delayed in rush hour traffic with sat nav telling us we would be 11mins late, I phoned to inform them and apologise. A young man answered the call and was curt to the point of rudeness, he informed me he would tell a colleague, no ‘thanks for letting us know’ or travel safely’. We arrived exactly 11 mins late and again I apologised, we were met with stoney faces, no welcome, no courtesy. After being shown to our table, which was not what I had requested I decided I dare not mention it as clearly we had displeased the staff enough. After 40 mins I requested that we order our food to be told in a loud voice for all to hear that we were late, they were very busy with a table of thirteen and now we would have to wait whilst they dealt with other things. This table of thirteen was sat behind us, they were also waiting for members of their party to arrive - possibly held up in the same traffic problem that we had. Service was very poor, we constantly had to request drinks, at no point did anyone stop to ask if we needed anything. The table we were sat was directly opposite the kitchen swing door and staff constantly bustled past us. We could hear that things were fraught in the kitchen - but we were disappointed that this was impacting our evening. Our food eventually was served, we had chosen a surf and turf as a special treat for my husband’s birthday - not cheap at £120 but we were hopeful it would be worth it. Unfortunately againg we were deeply disappointed the lobster was overcooked and chewy ( what a crime) the calamares bites were so overly spiced with paprika they were unpleasant to eat. Overall appalling service and not the quality food they claim to serve.

Three friends celebrating a birthday. Staff were excellent and very friendly. Food was lovely but steak and the ribs were so big we had to take some home or we would not have room for desert 🙂 Fabulous evening and thoroughly enjoyable experience. Hope to repeat it.
