   We have been to Butcher & Still several times and it remains our favorite Special Occasion restaurant. The food - You can get decent steaks in Abu Dhabi at many places and be perfectly happy with what you receive. But if you want an exceptionally good steak that is apart from any ordinary steak, this is the place to go. We've had the tomahawk steak is like getting 3 steaks in one. It's amazing and could easily feed 4 adults. The prime rib is buttery and rich. But my favorite steak is the Steak Au Poivre, a 400 gram boneless strip loin crusted with black pepper and seared to the temperature of your choosing (which should be medium rare!). Their U-5 Gulf Prawns cocktail is incredible, with the perfect cocktail sauce. All of their sides are amazing, but I particularly enjoyed the sauteed mushrooms. But do NOT skip dessert ... the cherry pie a'la mode is the most delightful way to end an amazing meal. Staff - the staff here are incredibly well trained. Not only are they efficient, knowledgeable and attentive, but they're polite and delightfully engaging if you take the time to say hello. Management has always gone above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to making sure our visit was enjoyable. Overall, if you have the money to spend (and it is not inexpensive) and want the best steak in Abu Dhabi, this is the only place to go.

   Everything was as expected from a place associated with the Four Seasons. Very attentive staff and we were seated in the perfect place as described in our reservation preferences. Great for after work drinks at the bar or an amazing culinary experience for dinner.

   Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist eine absolute Katastrophe! Wir haben als Hauptspeise zwei Filet-Steaks geordert, die auch wirklich sehr gut waren. Der Crab-Cake und die Jakobsmuscheln als Vorspeise sind allerdings in einer fettigen Soße ertrunken. Als Beilagen hatten wir Trüffel-Pommes, die ebenfalls grauenvoll fettig waren, uns nach einer Reklamation aber zumindest nicht berechnet wurden. Der Blumenkohl und der Mais waren zumindest essbar, allerdings waren die Portionen riesig, so dass fast alles wieder zurück ging. Welche Verschwendung! Das Hauptproblem ist allerdings der Preis! 1.750 AED, also 430€ für ein derartiges Essen, noch dazu ohne Wein, lediglich ein einziges Biet, sind eine Unverschämtheit! Kein Wunder also, dass das Restaurant fast leer war. Nicht empfehlenswert!

   A very disappointing visit to Butchers & Still yesterday, I must admit the steak was nice, was it worth £80 for a very small peice? Probably not. The burger was £40, I had to send it back as it was almost raw and the bun was drenched in the grease from the meat. The burger wasn't any nicer than your typical "Five Guys" style burger for less than £10 infact it was a huge disappointing burger for the money. The "French fries" were like fried onions they was the thinnest possible chips I've ever seen in my life (I actually had to ask if they was the French fries or if they was fried crispy onions for the burger) Mac and cheese was nice, service was fantastic which you'd expect in a Four Seasons. My bill was £200 for 1 fillet steak (smaller than the palm of your hand), 1 burger & fries, mac and cheese, 2 beers and 2 espresso martini's in my opinion a totally overpriced meal for the quality. Would I return? Totally not.

   A friend of mine recommended this place to me and said that it was worth to travel to, and I was not disappointed. The place is amazing and full of energy, the staff are helpful and super nice. I can not recall the last I had a steak this good, the temperature was perfect and it was magnificent. I would like to give a special thanks to Chef Marshall, super talented and nice and you do not wanna miss out on meeting up with him. Will definitely be visiting again.

    Outstanding food and great service. The bone marrow was a great starter, and the ribeye was cooked to perfection. The cocktails were good and decent value. The wine was a bit over priced, and over all the food was over priced all though it was delicious and service good.

    This is one of our favorite "special" places in the city. Due to conflicting work schedules, we had an early Valentine's dinner there. The staff were amazing, attentive, personable and professional. And the food... Oh, the food. You cannot get a better steak here. And the jumbo prawn cocktail is unbelievably good. Along with the standard cocktails we all know and love, the specialty cocktails are unique, refreshing and offer new twists on established recipes. It is not cheap, but is worth every fil.     Great cocktails, friendly, relaxing atmosphere, nice decor, and overall a good vibe. Only issues were that the burger - although tasty - was VERY greasy, plus the steaks were VERY expensive, which was a shame because I really wanted to try one!

    Best and friendly service team starting from hostess Amina till Kitchen staff gave us fabulous dining experience with delicious food selection❤️ Thanks to chef Shehan,chef Yesh and many more staff which I don't remember the names (sorry for that) Specifically chef Marshall's explanation about history of Butcher still and his food creation was really inspiring.     Astonishing experience. Cozy warm ambiance, interesting design and decor. The staff is highly professional and hospitable, extensively knowledgeable explaining the menu items and the history behind the concept. Truly recommend to try the Bone Marrow and the Crab Cake prior to head for the steaks!

    Overall, food was average to good and service was fair. Started with shrimp appetizer; they were blanched too long and were definitely tough and chewy. Also had bone marrow that was cooked perfectly and was very tasty. Wedge salad was not that good, lettuce was very wet and not nearly enough toppings. The steaks needed to be grilled at higher temperate, as there was no crust on the outside. In my opinion, the ribeye was not nearly cut thick enough for a proper steakhouse. Side of duck fat fries was very good, but would like to see a more traditional cut versus the shoestring style. Service was below average, especially considering how empty the restaurant was that evening. Waitress was not very attentive and seemed to be focused more on cleaning/setting tables. Restaurant needs a bus boy to remedy this issue. Also, if you are going to have the cooks right next to where the customer’s are sitting, a smile or hello wouldn’t hurt. If glasses are empty, none of the staff should be standing around. The maitre d’ was very welcoming and professional.

    Attended the Saturday Brunch. Loads of dishes to sample including oysters, BBQ, Chicken Wings, Shrimp Cocktail, Deli Meats, and the always good truffle bread. Followed by a set of mains with a perfectly cooked sirloin steak, pastry with spinach and poached egg, grilled vegetables with leak cream sauce, and mashed potatoes. Followed up by a serving of 6 different deserts and paired with will matched wines and cocktails. Come hungry as this is a massive amount of food, sample a bit of everything and enjoy the 20's Chicago themed interiors. Service is impeccable. Only draw back is the steak on the Brunch menu isn't off their standard list of premium cuts, but to be expected. Still cooked perfect, seasoned well, and served with peppercorn and BBQ sauces.
