Start with East Coast oysters (6 pcs) and beef tartare, or koji-cured beet tartare to make it vegan. For main course, enjoy a half-chicken in truffle butter or maitake mushrooms in truffle cauliflower cream, both served with classic Burdock fries & kale salad.
