Our server (Sam) was really good (great disposition) and made sure to check in on us enough to know she cared, but not an interference. They had a large party going which got the kitchen a bit backed up, but that didn't seem to impact our food coming out. Fun to be able to share small plates so you get to try more than normal. Be sure to try something that you aren't sure about, but might just like. In an area packed with restaurants, we will definitely be going back.

Bulla is a great place for dining, the attention from the management Team Sara, Carlos, and the Server Mrs.Bambi they make sure that your experience is excellent until a point that we feel at home. They are great and thats one of the main reason I will go back and have a great time.

Went for brunch with two friends and had a good meal. All of us got the brunch prix fixe and tried different items. First course was avocado toast, smoked salmon toast, and ham croquettes ( all were good, but I liked the smoked salmon best) Second course was the Bulla burger, eggs Benedict, and braised pork hash (all good). Desserts were the blueberry pancakes, flan (I liked this best), and churros. Would go back if I visit Tampa again.

We ate there for the first time during New Year’s eve and loved everything. The ambience, servers, and food were great even though it was a busy evening. We didn’t have to wait very long for our food and loved our server Angelina. I have been a server in the past and I can truly appreciate a good one when we come across them. We also loved that there was a valet option because my husband was on crutches so it was such a convenience not to have to worry about parking with that. I was a little bummed that the rooftop bar wasn’t open but it was raining so they closed it off but that just means we have to go again when it’s open. Would highly recommend. We had the calamari, grilled shrimp, flatbread pizza, ceviche and cheese dip. The alcoholic beverages were also delivered in a timely manner even though it was a busy night.

This was my first time at Bulla Gastrobar and my experience was amazing. My server, Kelly, was phenomenal. She has an amazing personality and was very helpful in recommending options for me. She let me know that the paella is prepared fresh for each order, which is about a 30 minute wait, and to let her know as soon as I decided on which one so she could put the order in quickly. I ordered the seafood paella mixta and it was so good. The portion size is enough for two people to share. She also recommended the Torrija for dessert and that was also great.

the server greeted us and offered us still or san pelegríno sparkling water. we said sparkling assuming it was free and then we’re charged $8 for the bottle. Just seemed like a cheap thing to do when we ordered cocktails, several plates, and dessert.

I have been to Bulla multiple times and I have to say, this was my worst experience. Though our waitress was nice and did a good job overall, waters were rarely refilled. We were also notified at the beginning of our meal that the kitchen was running slow. So we ordered paella quickly, which takes an extra 30 minutes. No problem. However, after already waiting beyond 30 minutes, the manager came over to apologize and say it would be another 20 minutes. He did offer to take the paella off the bill, but at this point, we had been at Bulla for 2 hours.
