   Reserved through a app for a bigger party. Was told right away that reservations arent taken. Then why was i able to make on in the first place?

   The hostess, Ash, was very rude as soon as we walked in. When we told her that we had made a reservation on Open Table, she rolled her eyes and said “we don’t take those reservations”. Continued to be rude until we got to our table. Jesse, the waiter, was so nice and pleasant.

   They said they did not have our reservation and that they didn’t even take reservations and that was 30 mins after waiting for them to let us know when our table would be ready. We arrived at 10:15p we were not seated till 11 and we didn’t get start getting our food till almost midnight. Last person got there food AFTER they had turned off tvs and most lights in the area(they did leave lights over/around our booths on). This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had and I LOVE BWW. This was very hurtful embarrassing and upsetting especially when you make reservation for out of town family/in-laws that’s visiting and they have to wait 2hrs for their food :(

   Our waitress was excellent and very helpful. Highly recommend her. The hostess who sat us at a table was unwelcoming and rude. The food was good.

   I live in Lake Charles La. We had no electricity or cable to watch football games because of hurricane Laura. It's a nice place to get away to watch the game and the waiter was very nice. I will be back
