THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! RESERVED A TABLE FOR MY FAMILY 3 DAYS PRIOR, ARRIVED AT THE RESTAURANT 5 MINS BEFORE OUR RESERVATIONS. THERE WERE PPL WHO CAME AFTER US THAT WERE SEATED IMMEDIATELY. HOSTESS SAID 2 MINS, AND THEN 5 MINS & 15 MINS PASSED THEY FINALLY SAT US. FYI, THERE WERE PLENTY OF AVAILABLE SEATS! OF WE WAITED ANOTHER 10-15 MINS FOR A SERVER TO TAKE OUR ORDER, WE HAD SOMEWHERE IMPORTANT TO BE IN THE NEXT HOUR SO WE DECIDED TO LEAVE! WASTED 30 MINS OF OUR TIME!!! OH BTW, IT WAS SUPPOSED TO MY PARENTS ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION, THEY RUINED IT FOR US!

Ordered three different dishes and 2 were pretty good. One (shrimp scampi) was quite bland and needed a lot more seasoning. The shrimp was good though. Server was really nice, but the problem was the photographer walking around. She was really pushy, asking for kissing photos too, and we had to find out way later (as we were leaving the restaurant) that she wasn’t even a staff there. Ruined our experience, probably won’t be going back for a while.

Call to make a reservation and was told they were full and not taking reservations for tonight. Went to open table and was able to make a reservation so that was odd. When we showed up for our reservation, the restaurant was not full at all. Most tables were empty. It seemed like their kitchen staff was overwhelmed with carry-out orders. It took about an hour after ordering for our food to come out. Table service was great, albeit slow but that was clearly due to a kitchen back-up and not the amount of patrons. Overall was pleased with experience but annoyed about the staff was clearly dishonest about being full when the issue was really an understaffed kitchen who routinely accepts too many carryout orders and can’t focus on dine-in customers.

We went for my son’s graduation dinner. We had a party of 9. The food took quite a long time to come out, which was fine because it was a large party, but the only things that were warm were the pizzas and the meatballs. All of the pastas (pappardelle bolognese, spicy chicken rigatoni, and lasagna) were barely even room temperature. Such a bummer to spend $360 for cold food.

Great for groups. Food was good. Seemed like a decent value for the flavor and portions. I fed 11 people - with appetizers, food, drinks and desserts - for $500.

I came in with a reservation for Mother’s Day with my kids. It took about 20 minutes to be greeted by the host. Once seated, another 45 minutes to be acknowledged by waiting staff. They had seated more people in our area and they got their drink and food orders within a few minutes. We ended up leaving to celebrate Mother’s Day at In N Out up the street. Horrible service.

We went to this location for my fathers 70th birthday and mother day ready to celebrate and spend some time together as a family and share a meal. we arrived at our reservation time and was greeted by a super sweet hostess and nice waiter. But we sat for 2 hours with no meal. We asked to speak to the manager who came up to our table very rudely just stating yes. We asked about delays and he very rudely said the kitchen was behind but we were not made aware prior to this and then asked “what do you want to do?” As if to ask if we wanted the food or to leave. And we decided to leave. There was no apology for the lack of communication. We understand delays and low staff but being rude to a table of 15 trying to celebrate a 70th birthday and the mothers was unacceptable.

We were so disappointed with our whole experience at Buca di Beppo! We almost never go out to dinner, but our son blessed us with a gift card there. I made a reservation and we were seated in the bar area, no ambience, extremely poor service, and the food was severely overpriced for what we got. We ordered the Chicken Marsala ($40) for 3 small breasts that the menu said would feed 3-4 people. Never got the Antipasto Salad we ordered and had to have it removed from our bill. No check back on how the food was. Totally ignored. We even got the containers for our leftovers ourselves. We waited 20 minutes for our bill and had to go back up to the bar to get it. We had already approached the bartender/server that we needed to go and he said he would get our bill and help with our leftovers. Never offered dessert. We were there 1.5 hrs for garlic bread and chicken. Based on that visit, we will never go there again.
