   We have been visiting this location for somewhere around 30 years for our special family gatherings and events. We love the family style dishes and they never have an issue when we bring a party of 15 or 22. We never feel rushed out the door. The food and service are always reliably excellent.

   TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE MOTHERS DAY. Long wait even with reservation. Long wait for our food. Our “large” salad wasn’t brought out until we were in the middle of eating our entrees. The dishes were EXTREMELY OVERPRICED! The ordinary salad was in a bowl smaller than Olive Garden and cost $36!!! The “small” spaghetti was $25!!! One large meatball was $10 and soft drink 3.99. The same meal at any local restaurant would have been half the price. Never going back again. NEVER!!

   Mothers Day Fail: Very little (tiny amounts) of proteins in the dishes that had shrimp and chicken. Dry sauces in the pasta dishes all of them. Never cleaned tables, just walk away empty handed. The bruschetta was served beautiful in the large martini glass, but the amount of thin bread to veggie mixture was way off. We got 6 or 8 very thin breads but enough tomato salsa for 3 times the bread. The noise was insane. Kids screaming at the top of there lungs. Throwing toys on the floor. Banging on our seats. Coughing over into our booth. We didn’t complain because I didn’t want to ruin it even more. I just lost my mom 2 months ago so I would have cried. Parents, wow. Come on. They didn’t care or even try. Sad dining experience, worst one of my life. Spent $450.00 for 6 people for mounds of dried out pasta. Took home the fettuccine to my son who didn’t want it either for lack of sauce and taste.

   We took our mother to this restaurant for Mother's Day it was a surprise. Not only did they exceed our expectations from confirming us calling to make sure that our table would be reserved, but from when we arrived and not having to wait because she is not able to stand for very long. The service that we receive by our server Harrison was top-notch! The manager that came to our table to introduce himself as well as continued to come and check on us and he took time out to genuinely connect and chat with us! Javier was amazing as our manager the camaraderie at this establishment is wonderful! The way that they helped each other and communicated to us as customers made us definitely want to dine in again. This is my mother's favorite restaurant, but she had never been inside. We always ordered to go for her, but her experience dining inside on this special day was such an amazing event! She could not stop talking about it on the way home, on the telephone while thanking us, and even the next day! I appreciate you all so much because my last experience was at a different store and it was not good; but you all renewed my faith to continue on but in your establishment! Our assistant GM manager, Javier, had told us he had only been there for a month or less! We were so surprised because his service to us shows that he has been caring for his diners for several years! We will be back and we plan to bring more family members! Thank you for helping us bless our mother on this special day ❤️

   I am very disappointed on our visit. The food is extremely over priced for similar quality to Olive Garden but the worst part was the sever trying to steal money!!! Our bill was $270. We gave her $100 in cash and the asked her to split the remaining balance between 3 debit cards. She charged two cards $90 each and the 3rd card she charged $10. How is that balance evenly split. Made no sense. I told her I gave you $100 cash and she said that she didn't count the cash and then proceeded to say it was only $80 but pulled out the missing $20 dollar bill from her apron and have it back to me. Said sorry. The manager never came to the table and she said she was sorry for how the computer split the bill. Lies all around!

   I just had a spaghetti and meatball pretty simple to make right.? The meatball was like roast beef, the large amount of food they give you but with no ingredients, one of our friends had dried up orange juice in a glass cup which needed to be cleaned all they did was wiped the glass and gave it back. (Our friend just drank out of the bottle) Then they charged me for 2 beers when I had only 1 Another friend was charged twice his bill and my bill even after I paid my portion..

    This is a very low end franchise experience. The food is very low quality and the restaurant is in dire need of updates (our booth seating were torn and had holes in it). We were really concerned that this place poses a health issue.

    Buca is our favorite family restaurant and we have gone many times. Unfortunately yesterday, for the first time ever, we had some a few issues. The service, as always was great. But we ordered the house wine in the bottle so we could take the rest home and it was served in a decanter, which has never happened before (minor deal since they replaced with a bottle). The real issue was our food, we ordered the Quatro al Forno and it came LITERALLY cold. It was barely warm on top, inside was actually cold. The manager and server took care of it but we ended up having to wait again for our food. The service itself was great. They were apologetic and addressed it right away. So, after many visits to Buca, we had an off day. Hopefully they don't have many of them.

    I had a wonderful birthday lunch. Teresa was our server and she was so friendly and efficient. She constantly checked on us. She and another employee sang a Happy birthday song to me. The food was delicious as always. Service is the best. Bucca is my favorite restaurant.

    Very eclectic and interesting decor. We went for a retirement party for a co-worker and sat in the Pope Room after the server said he wanted us to be comfortable and spread out. We had 7 adults and 1 child. He was fabulous! He was the only server there at the time, the hostess wanted to seat us in the bar area, but he was so accommodating he said he wanted us to not be squished into a booth. So he would make the trek from the bar area to the Pope Room just for us. The only thing that I would change is the restaurant needs a deep clean. It smelled of mildew or dirty carpet. I think a deep clean and some fresheners would make a world of difference. Other than that, the portions were great, value was good, food delish, and we had a great time!

    My friend came to visit in Orlando and we had reservations at the restaurant for two. Our table was perfect, the service excellent, the people wonderful and the whole experience was relaxing and just what we needed for a long-awaited visit. This restaurant tops for Italian cuisine!

    The restaurant desperately needs updated and cleaned. The bar was dirty when we entered and there was only one bartender. He didn’t even clear off the bar of glasses and trash while our party and several others sat at the bar. The restaurant seemed old, dingy and dirty. The fake flowers are terrible. There was trash on the floor in front of the table next to us and it stayed there the entire time we were eating! Numerous employees - waiters, hostesses, bussers- came through and no one cleaned it up. The food is overpriced.

    We dined at Buca di Beppo on Valentine's Day with 3 couples. We thought that it would be busy so we were prepared to allow time for service to be slow. This did not occur. Despite being very busy, we were seated promptly, and the service and food were excellent. It had been a while since we dined there but after this excellent experience, we will definitely be back very soon.

    Got Margharita pizza as an app, thought we were getting a small and the brought a large- cheese was really sparse. Some pieces had just sauce. Also ordered chicken Parmesan and Fettuccini Alfredo. Chicken was burnt (black) and they covered it with sparse sauce and very little cheese as well. Fettuccine Alfredo was good and protege best thing served. Waiter was good and attentive

    Was set with kids next to a very large and loud adult group. Service was slow. Watched another family sit after us, eat, pay and leave all before we even got our food (we ordered first). When our food came out it was not even luke warm, it was actually cold in multiple spots. It was a terrible first visit. Definitely won’t visit again.

    I was very disappointed in our server, Cory…he started off strong but then was like a ghost and nowhere to be found - I had to seek him out 3 times: for to go containers, bags, and the check. Plus, I was very appalled and disgusted by the servers/busboys around us who, as they were resetting/turning tables, would sit down like they were guests and shoot the breeze and be on their phones. The level of service definitely DID NOT meet my expectations and I’m very upset and disappointed in my Christmas dinner experience

    We had the best server (Demi). She was friendly, patient(we were agroup of 7), helpful. shereturned to our table several times to ask how everything was. I’d give her 10*s if I could. The only complaint I have ist the spaghetti dish I had did not have enough shrimp &the shrimp were very small.

    Cut back on the garlic. The garlic bread was nearly inedible due to the amount of garlic. Same with the chicken carbonara. The lemon chicken was good as were the meatballs.
