For a first timer here at this Buca's, both my wife and I enjoyed our dining experience. The only suggestion to make is doing a remake on your tiramisu dessert offering because it really lacked coffee soaked moist lady fingers and too much unsweetened cake cream like filling and topping. Definitely not Italian!

We had the worst experience. Our reservation was at 630. We were on time and waited till 720 to be sat down. The lobby was full of people and noone came to help. We never saw a hostice. No one had any answers. Complete chaos. Everyone in the lobby was getting so frustrated. We didn't leave till 930. We will not be back.

We had to wait over an hour beyond our reservation time for a table on Christmas. They seemed extremely short staffed. We were seated in the bar, where the bartender was extremely busy but was friendly and hospitable and doing his best to give good service. They were out of everything… no bread, no entrees, just pasta and pizzas mostly. We had stuffed shells and cannelloni which were cold in the center… we didn’t bother complaining as the place was a bit chaotic and we just didn’t want to inconvenience the staff or have to wait a long time for them to fix it. Overall the experience was Meh…. We’ve had good food there before, so I’m sure we’ll be back but this visit was a disappointment.

Buca is a great spot to take young families. We went with a 5 & 7 year old for Christmas Dinner. They did not disappoint. It was friendly and solid Italian. The food isn't five-star but we had a great time and the kids LOVED it.

We ordered the caprese salad, $22 for five slices of tomato and mozzarella, way overpriced the tomatoes were not ripe, I realize they are not in season but pricing was not a value. We also ordered the eggplant parmesan, this dish arrived with the eggplant burnt to a black color. I also ordered the chicken wings. This was the best item ordered, crisp exterior. My only complaint would have been most of the bones were broken and had bone chips. The service was good though. I will not return.

I had a 7:15 reservation with my family. By 7:50 we still had not been seated and there were no immediate plans to get us a table. We left after an hour of waiting. What a disappointment.

I made this reservation back in September and we waited in the lobby 30 mins past our reservation time because of limited seats. Then once seated we were sitting on broken chairs and in a very crammed area where the waitresses handled drinks and paid checks so there was a lot of traffic. They were aware I was arriving at 2 with 12 people for two months I wish they were more prepared.

When we arrived there was hardly any customers. We were seated and immediately the server came to our table and took our drink order which was great. Our cocktails took longer than expected. And then we ordered our dinners and one of those was to be the apple and Gorgonzola salad. Our server told us the salads were not very good because of the vendors supply. So we chose not to order a salad but then noticed other tables were ordering salads and they looked fairly good. We then ordered four entrées, the pizza the mozzarella garlic bread, the stuffed shells and the eggplant Parmesan. The mozzarella bread and pizza came out about 20 minutes later and unfortunately the pizza crust was kind of mushy. And then another 30 minutes goes by and still no more food. And then another 20 minutes goes by and the chef comes out and apologizes for the pizza and tells us that the food should be out shortly and apologized for that. Another 15 minutes goes by and the shells come out and they are barely warm. We didn’t say anything because we just wanted our food. Another 10 minutes later the Parmesan comes out It is smothered in so much tomato that it’s hard to find the Parmesan eggplant. But at least it was hot. Unfortunately, tonight was a disaster and I’m afraid we probably won’t be back.

We were there for a birthday celebration. N the past they’ve brought a small dish of ice cream and sung happy birthday. Others in the restaurant got this but we did not. We even had presents at the table. Otherwise it was great

Excellent customer service and enjoyed having my birthday lunch at Buca di Beppo. The waitress sang birthday wishes and served me brownies n ice cream. It was delicious and fun. Had plenty of leftovers and passed it to my friends who enjoyed it too. I can't wait to go back with my family.

Had to call the restaurant from their front door as they hadn’t unlocked it. No apology. Place was virtually empty but just as we got our food they sat a family with a screaming child right next to us. They didn’t ask if we wanted to move but we had to take the initiative to request a change. Then we had to move all our food and drinks ourselves. Probably not going back.

Always a great experience here. It is a bit pricey, but that's to be expected with inflation the way it is right now. Family style dining is unique and fun. Food was really good. Server was very sweet and did a great job, even though she was overloaded with customers. We will be back!
