   My wife and I had dinner here prior to going to DCPA for a musical. We had great service (thanks Kyle!) and the food was very tasteful. We will be back again because of the food and service at a reasonable price.

   Great menu and food, and love the vibe. Not that crowded, but still way slow - 50 minutes from ordering to food at table. Not sure if it was kitchen or server. Still overall enjoyable.

   Our Server Chris provided stellar service. He was personable, fun and attentive. Parking next to the restaurant was $25 (outrageous) We found out that Bubba Gumps will validate if parked at the Hyatt After the fact we learned there are cheaper parking options but it is a considerable walk. The run across America sampler was perfect for our party of Four The Gumbo was hearty but lacked flavor. Highly recommend the Shrimpers Heaven and yes they have scampi.

   We reserved a table and got an Uber to the restaurant. When we got there, they weren’t even open even though open table and thw bubba Gump website said it was open till 8 pm that evening.

   We did not get to have an experience. We were traveling from out of state. Wanted to celebrate a birthday here and was called at 3:57 pm by the restaurant stating they were closing early due to weather ????? Was not even offered any form of compensation or offer to reschedule

   If I could give 0 stars for service I would. Arrive on a Friday night, but restaurant was not busy, should have been a clue. Seated fairly quickly, waited 10 minutes for server to come to the table to even begin to take order. And the section she was working was not busy. After placing order for entrees, fish and chips and one of their standard shrimp dishes. Then had to wait 35 minutes for the meals. Further had to speak to the server and the door person twice to even get it in 35 minutes Was told that the fish and chips were the items taking the time, this is Bubba Gumps, they were not catching the fish, so that story was BS. Will never go back and you should not either

    Brought my 20 year old for his birthday as a bit of nostalgia. He has fond memories of coming here as a kid, so I wanted him to relive that and enjoy himself. The restaurant was completely dead. Granted, it was cold and a Monday night…but at 7pm there were 3 total tables. The server seemed like he didn’t want to be there and seemed annoyed we were. He wasn’t friendly and his interactions felt very forced and robotic. I can sometimes overlook subpar service as long as the food is good. The food however, was not. The best way to describe it is a slight step above Long John Silvers. Everything was bland and just overall, not great. Portions are tiny for the price and just not very appealing. For $150 I expected a lot more. We will not be coming back anytime soon. Such a disappointment how far this place has fallen.

    My mom and I were going to the ballet and decided to go to bubba gump's and the food was delicious. The server could use some improvement. She didn't know the menu very well and at the end of the meal didn't offer dessert or coffee. She didn't let us know of any specials that they had and when we inquired in regards to an appetizer she didn't check to see if they could make it. I would go back but hope that I get a different server.

    We ate there for lunch during a convention at the convention center. We had a reservation, but I think they were understaffed for the lunch rush that they received. The food was good and fresh, but the service was slow, even though the restaurant was half empty. The wait staff used to give Forrest Gump trivia but none of the wait staff had time to do this today.

    We had been to BG at this location about 6 years ago, the food was fantastic. So when we booked our reservation we were excited to have a very delicious meal before heading to a New Year's Eve party downtown that we were going to. Unfortunately, this time the food was ok. Presentation was sub par. My plate had sauce dripping from the side (like it & the entree had almost done off plate). My husband barely had any sauce to speak of on his dish. Goal was met, that we had food in our tummies for our party, delicious & food unfortunately not. Sadly, for BG downtown Denver we won't be back for a long time if ever. :-(

    After eating the $25 to park next to the restaurant we proceeded in with our reservation. We were taken past the busier part of the restaurant where everyone has having a good time to the farthest corner of the upstairs. About 10-15 minutes later a server finally came around and took our order. After 20 minutes he came back about every 10 minutes to explain why our order was taking a while. A big table of 20+ people had been seated right before us downstairs, in the fun section. Not sure what that had to do with our table of three, but I wasn't starving so OK. About an hour after taking our order the food arrived. The wife's shrimp was almost completely cold. My fish, and my kid's finish barely had any batter on it, and looks like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for about 30 minutes. Yes, it was Christmas, and I'm trying not to be a scrooge, but Open Table did ask for a review, and here is my honest one. We will not be back.

    The overall experience was very average. The atmosphere was pretty good, maybe a notch above average. The service was slow but the waitress kept us informed, which I liked. The food was very below average. My shrimp was way over cooked and the meal was tasteless. My wife said her coconut shrimp was horrible. This was my first time at a Bubba Gump and likely the last. I feel that if you make your restaurant all about shrimp, it should be the best shrimp you will find anywhere. It was close to being awful. I would recommend Long John Silver over this place.

    We went there with a reservation for a group of 10. Had no problem getting in or getting seated. Everybody was super friendly.... However, the service was definitely lacking and I think it's because of poor training. Simple things like we ordered appetizers and didn't get plates with it even after asking. Our food took an incredibly long time considering they weren't that busy and I asked the server approximately how long and she told me the majority of it has been up for a while. They were just waiting for a few items so I asked her to please bring those items that were ready out.... Of course, now most of those items were on the colder side and not as good as it would have been if they just staged it differently. It's definitely overpriced for the drinks from the bar considering they upsold us on the majority of them which was fine. But then when the drinks came it was definitely of low quality and weak. Again, our server was friendly and we had no issue with her personality or hospitality but definitely lacking in other areas.

    The food was not hot, steak looked nothing like the picture and was not great, it was very cold in the restaurant. The salt and pepper shakers and the signs to flip were very dirty. Not worth the money. However, the waiter and waitress were very nice and attentive.

    We had a reservation and requested a quiet table, the restaurant gave us the perfect table! It was quiet; we were able to have an audible dialogue while dining. We also were about 20 minutes late; we contacted the restaurant to let them know and they held the table for us.

    We arrived at 1155 with reservations for party of 8. We did not get our food until 10m and it was bland and unflavorful. One appetizer arrived at 1240 but salads and soup came with meal. Would not return to this location
