We LOVE the place! The good is generally top notch but... I finally got to try the chicken and waffles - actually the reason we went this weekend. And sadly they were not at the same level as the other dishes we have had. The chicken was delightfully crispy but lacked any kind of flavoring (savory) and the waffles (sweet) were also lacking flavor. We were left covering both with syrup to complete the experience. I know that I have high expectations (because their ricotta pancakes are amazing!) and believe that both the chicken and waffle should be excellent without any syrup, so it was a disappointment. Everyone else had a great meal!
