Thank you for your interest in large party dining at Brodeto. Final guest count must be confirmed with the restaurant more than 24hrs in advance. 1. Fee Amount: $300 cancellation fee is charged for all large parties and are only charged to your card if a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the reservation. The term “cancellation” herein includes a no-show for the reservation. 2. Cancellation: If you need to cancel a large party event, such cancellation must be made at at least 24 hours prior to the Reservation Date set forth above. If the reservation is cancelled within such 24 hour-period, we reserve the right to charge your card the Deposit Amount, and by signing below, you hereby consent to such charge. 3. Service Charge: Crawford Brothers Steakhouse will apply the customary service charge of 20% to all food and beverage charges. Applicable sales tax will be added to the cost of the function. 4. Credit Card Processing Fee: 3% Credit Card Processing Fee will be added to any credit card transaction. No debit card transactions will be charged. 5. No Individual Checks: We will present one final check which you may split equally into multiple forms of payment. No individual checks are available.
