About this restaurant

A strong contender for the best bar in Melbourne’s Brighton neighbourhood, BriX Bar on Martin Street serves elegant gourmet dishes inspired by Australia’s land and sea. Inside, the interior is sophisticated with natural tones and furnishings contrasted by a local artist’s colourful mural popping off the corner wall. BriX has many areas to enjoy its beautiful food and drink offering, including a secluded garden bar out the back (dog-friendly, of course!). The bar is well-equipped with an excellent grazing menu, a fine selection of wines and all the drops needed to concoct your favourite cocktail. When it comes to eating, a premium selection of seafood, from oysters to kingfish sashimi, locally-sourced meats, handmade pasta and innovative vegetarian creations await.
