BRIO Tuscan Grille - Southlake - Southlake Town Square
The Italian margarita was one of best drinks I ever had. The outside bar is a nice place to relax. The service was excellent.
We were in the back private room and our server was fantastic. Highly recommend.
Awesome food! Love the ambiance and all the dishes tasted amazing! We especially like the chopped salad...it is delicious.
We were seated well after our reservation time. Our meals came very shortly after our salads and soups making us feel rushed to finish our soups and salads.
Had a good time ate good food!
Nothing special. Just like any other chain
Our meal was great! We had a new server named Abriana and She Was Awesome!!!
We eat at Brio about every 3 months when friends visit. Unfortunately each time it seems not quite as good as before, a very slow decline. The food is good but initially was outstanding. The same with service. I hate seeing this but on the last visit the daily special was mid-prepared for one guest, cocktails were also slightly off (missed garnish, fruit, etc), and my food was cool, not hot as it should have been. Drinks and food were brought by runners, not our waiter. But not surprising, while cordial, our waiter seemed to have a flat affect towards giving good service. His standards were not at the level we expected for Brio. We will give it another try but if it falls short again, we won’t go back
Usually better quality of food than this visit. Bread basket had stale focaccia, fettuccine was under cooked and bisque was too salty.
Enjoyed the Southlake July 4th celebration out on the patio at Brio’s. Our server was excellent and the food was great!
Wonderful place, our family favorite!
Really good food and great service. This was our fourth visit and we were not disappointed. Great place for lunch or dinner.
Food came out wrong. Salmon dry. Noodles tough. Poor service. Have been coming here periodically for a long time. An average night at best.

Brio has a very modern upbeat environment that is heavily complimented by their extensive menu and delightful wine list. We visit as often as we can.
Better than most local so-called Italian food...Haven't found any legit Tuscan in DFW in 18 yrs. Good wines & apps but the entrees were nothing special.
The girl checking us in put 2 groups ahead of us when we had a reservation and they were on the waiting list. When I asked why she said that is the way we do it. She got the manager and he offered no apology. What is the point of a reservation if they put other people in front if you when we were in time.
Food was great (even though steak was over cooked)...manager came over and apologized and offered to replace it...always great food and great service.
We were here to celebrate our anniversary and we had an amazing experience. We were mesmerized by the food and the service that was offered here. I would certainly love to visit again in future.
Food is always consistent and well prepared
I suggest calling in for special requests as they aren't typically honored online if you have a favorite table or are celebrating a special night.
cocktails are nice, and kids are well taken care of.
The service was fantastic, but Brio removed our favorites from the menu. Bruschetta and panini sandwiches were staples. The carbonara was just ok. The Milanese was greasy and the sauce lukewarm. Steak was great. The wedge salad had browned iceberg. Desert was the highlight of the meal. Cheesecake hit the spot. This used to be one of our favorites.
Took my husband out for Father’s Day he has never been to BRIO. I made a reservation and requested a booth. Got seated at a table not a booth and had to move. No silverware, drinks took longer than normal and the waitress had an attitude when we were being nice. She just seemed busy and not caring to what we wanted to eat. When asked if she could take a picture of us (since it’s Father’s Day) I got eyes rolled at me.
Father’s day and got right in without a wait. Are outside on the patio and it was beautiful.
My wife had Chicken Marsala. I had Lasagna. The Lasagna was all cheese and very little meat. And the meat was soft and mushy. The Marsala had a funny taste, like too much Rosemary or something. Probably won't go back for awhile.
I have been to Brio countless times for many years. It appears that they are reducing the size of their servings but not their prices and some of our favorites, like the Bruschetta, have been taken off the menu. I am not sure if they are under new management or what but their meals used to be just completely delicious and I honestly cannot say that any more, based on the past two times I have eaten there. I guess we will have to find another "go to" for our special occasion meals.
Always very good.
Food was good. I am not a big fan of sour dough bread. The salad was okay.
Our server was great, and the food was great too.
The sword fish and steak were cooked perfectly. The 5 in our party were all very happy with our meals.
We love it personally
I try to take my team there whenever possible.
Awesome place for family any celebrations or business lunches
This restaurant is way too noisy. Food is expensive and the service is mediocre. The back patio is the best place to eat when you visit this restaurant and seems to have better service out there. It unfortunately was having a private event when we came.
Food was awesome. Service was pretty poor. My mom ordered a glass of wine, and the waiter stated they did not have that type. My mom asked if she could have the next option, at the same price and was just told "No", with no other suggestions or options. Another guest of our party requested an item and was told "when I get around to it". The food is great, we will come back for that and hope to have a better experience.
Waited 15 min before being greeted by anyone. Waited another 10 min for drinks. Almost an hour for food - and it was almost 10p when food arrived. So, it def wasn’t during dinner rush.
Great as usual!! Service, food, atmosphere. Never a bad experience.
Mom’s 80th Birthday dinner was very special! Staff was attentive and accommodating.
One of our favorite places to celebrate occasions.
Birthday. Had 7 family members.
Service was a bit slow.
Food was excellent.
Outstanding service and food choices: one of our favorites
