Bricco has garnished superlative reviews from food writers in Boston and around the country – Best Guaranteed Meal in the North End and Best Pasta in Boston just two of the most recent accolades.
The talented kitchen team creates “boutique” Italian food, so-called because it is unique, personal and created for a select and sophisticated diner. The food is complemented by an enoteca (wine bar) with an exceptional selection of all-Italian wines.
Bricco also offers a sophisticated late night scene. The chic and energetic bar serves up great one of a kind cocktails as well as brick oven pizza with gourmet toppings such as prosciutto and fresh mozzarella from Italy in addition with appetizer selections.

Absolutely delicious! Staff is phenomenal and will do anything they can to make sure you have the best experience. This is the place to go for a true north end experience!!
Amazing food, great service. Loved everything about our dining experience!
The food here is fabulous! The pasta and the sauces are all homemade and fresh. I always bring my out of town friends here.
Delicious entrees and bread. Server was attentive and friendly. Portions are small so you don’t leave feeling stuffed to the brim, although they’re still pretty pricey.
Patty was an excellent server and the food was outstanding. Felt safe with the number of patrons present.
Server Michael was perfect - attentive without rushing us. The short ribs over polenta is what we travel 2000 miles for, they are amazing: tender and flavorful and a generous portion. Also tried the pork tenderloin which was served with watercress and cooked to perfection. The dessert plate was impossible to pass up. The bread pudding was outstanding. We love Chef Nello!
Our server, Michael, performed his duties in a timely and efficient manner ensuring that we have a memorable experience. My wife and I are looking forward to dining again at Bricco.
Very classy place and fantastic atmosphere as well as unbelievable food! Perfect for a date night or just a great meal.
amazing as usual!!! I have nothing else to say other than this is my favorite place in the north end......
Service was good and the appetizers were great we ordered Ossining bucolic and they totally messed the meal up. They just poured a can of tomato sauce on top. No celery carrots and onions. No flavor at all. Very disappointed.
We always have a great time at Bricco. Their service is second to none, with attention to detail. Enjoyed a new bottle of red wine at our waiter’s recommendation- Amarone Monte Zivo. Just one word, delicious!!! Grazie Mille!
We had an excellent anniversary dinner at Bricco. The food and service was impeccable. We had a great table for 2 by the window and the servers were very attentive.
My wife and I had a poor experience at a different Italian restaurant and she was initially hesistant to go. But Bricco came through like a champ and is now one of her favorite places.
My girlfriend and I had an incredible time celebrating our anniversary here. The service was top notch, and the food was amazing. Highly recommend the farfalle with lobster meat and black truffle. Definitely worth the price!
Our server was incredible and the food was fantastic! Can’t wait to go back
Was fortunate enough to visit on one of the first warm Spring days in April, so outside seating on Hanover St. was fantastic. Inside the restaurant would have been too cramped and loud for a romantic dinner. Our Server (Michael) was fantastic, and his recommendations were spot-on. Dinner prices are up there, but not out of character for the area. Drinks are way overpriced but the pours were healthy. Portion sizes were mixed but we didn't leave hungry. Food quality and presentation were excellent. Would I go back? Absolutely.
Excellent service. Ticket times on food were on point despite the restaurant being busy. Service was attentive yet not invasive. Will definitely return
Great experience, great service at the bars ! Very good food
Love this restaurant and even more so now that we can dine outside. Great authentic food. Fabulous drinks and the wait staff is outstanding. In fact all of Mr. DePasquale's restaurants are incredible. Dining at anyone of them is a great experience.
Fantastic job Bricco, as always! Had a few friends in from California, everything was fantastic.
Great ambiance, the best espresso martini I’ve ever had, very friendly wait staff, delicious hazelnut dessert! Perfect date spot
The service at Bricco is great but our waiter had no personality at all. The food was cold snd portions are not big. My husband got the pasta special with lobster. The lobster was in the shell, hard to remove and the piece was about two inches long. So so very disappointing. There are so many better restaurant in the north end!! Drinks were good, thank god. Don't bother going!!!
We have been here many times and have never been disappointed. The food and service is always excellent. The tables are very spread out due to social distancing and we felt very safe eating inside the restaurant. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Great meal. Truffle ravioli amazing! Seared tuna was perfect.
Service was second to none, very attentive, very accommodating, sat on the second floor, beautiful decor, great welcoming atmosphere, and the food was superb, I highly recommend!
Great food , great drinks. I’ve been to a lot of Italian restaurants in north end and this is definitely one of the best.
Great neighborhood restaurant, lively atmosphere. Glad that management and staff focused on local COVID rules. The food was delicious but a bit overpriced.
Excelllent food and service. Attention detail.
Our waitress was outstanding she had a great personality, we love Bricco!
Selected this restaurant based on reviews and it did not disappoint! Service was outstanding from start to finish; timing between courses was perfect, wine service was on point, and just great wine and food suggestions from our service team overall. We started with the Octopus and Crudo; both were tasty but the Octopus was fantastic!! For entrees I had the Veal Chop and my friend had the Braised Short Ribs. Again, outstanding flavor and the veal chop was tender, perfectly cooked, and had a wonderful presentation. We weren't planning on dessert, but we decided to indulge. I had the flourless chocolate lava cake and my friend had the creme brulee. She enjoyed some Grappa and I had an Espresso Martini. The music was upbeat but just quiet enough that we could chat. Overall it was a great ambiance and dining experience! All Covid protocols were followed and tables were spaced out very well. They even had branded hand sanitizer on each table. I would definitely go back again!
The food was great, our waiter, Joel, was very accommodating. However, the music was very loud which made it difficult to hear the waitstaff.
Food, drinks, service & atmosphere were perfection per usual! Thank you for another great experience
Great food, great experience! We enjoyed the Gnocchetti Sorrentina and the Eggplant Bake, both were delicious. Espresso Martini's were also great.
We dine at Bricco's every few months when we are in Boston visiting. Always enjoy the meal, the atmosphere, the experience. Emilio usually serves us and has become sort of an additional family member!!
it was amazing
The parpadella pasta with the wild boar was outstanding as was the calamari appetizer. The bread and 3 dips was delicious and a very nice touch, rather than just the standard bread and oil.
Food was absolutely DELICIOUS, espresso martinis are also mouth watering, everything was great
We came in from the suburbs to celebrate her daughter‘s 13th birthday. Our server was fantastic and made it a special experience for the entire family. We look forward to spending many more family dinners at Bricco!
Service was impeccable. We ordered the beef carpaccio and there was a grocery sticker (probably from the lemon garnish), no big deal. My boyfriend has a shellfish allergy and there was definitely some cross contamination as he started to get a very scratchy throat halfway into his sea bass meal. Could be a little more careful here. Otherwise, Beef short ribs were amazing as usual
