    Hailey was top notch. Tomahawk steak was excellent, as were the truffle potatoes and mozzarella sticks. Their extensive drink menu was worth the trip alone. Oh, and not to leave out the cannolis.

    On our first visit the service was great and so was the food. Two of us had delicious pizza, while two had burgers the last had chicken strips. Everybody enjoyed dinner. It's a little loud, but normal for a sports bar. It was also cold inside. I would definitely go back.

    The food was wonderful. I had beef carpaccio. Combination of Flavors were great. Was on the small side though. The beet salad was a perfect size and wonderful with the candied pecans and goat cheese. My husband had the soup of the day plus the pasta con broccoli. Both were delicious! Service was slow only because they were short staffed but everyone was pleasant. The only suggestion is to have the hostesses help the wait staff. They weren’t doing much except playing on their phones.

    We were there for 25 minutes and never had a server come to our table. This is the first time this has happened. We usually have a great experience here but was very disappointed. Ended up leaving and going somewhere else to eat for my birthday dinner

    We booked to eat up at the he rooftop part online. But after we got there we had to set in the bar area. Some rented the whole rooftop out. The seats should have never been available on line.

    Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet. Food was cold…and most of it old. The food was bland as well. Very disappointing. The “desert table” had Walmart style tiny poppy seed muffins, bagels, danishes, and tiny cheesecake bites (only 2 of them). The plates weren’t washed well either. The waitress was sweet and worked hard. When a family of 5 goes out and pays over $200 (all pricing was adult even though I had three children….) I would expect warm food and clean plates. Unfortunately, it made for a less than enjoyable experience. I wish we had a better experience and know this is only their 2nd time doing a brunch buffet…but come on, the cost was way to high to be completed in such a poor fashion.

    We went to the Wentzville location for the Mothers Day buffet and it was awful. The food was very cold and dried out. The buffet table has spilled food everywhere. It was so cold in the restaurant that anything that was slightly warm from the buffet was cold by the time you got to the table. Oh and they didn’t point out the gratuity was included so to top it off they got double tipped. The whole experience was terrible and disgusting.

    Typically the food here is pretty good but the Mothers Day Buffet was absolutely awful. All the food was cold and not kept up with. I’d just never do a buffet again and stick to your normal menu and a mini menu on holidays. It was just awful.

    We went to a Mother’s Day buffet event and it was poorly managed. There were lots of people waiting to be seated. The buffet food was empty, old, and cold. The TV’s were way too loud. Overall it wasn’t an enjoyable experience.

    Terrible mothers day experience. They didn't acknowledge our reservation, waited an hour and a half past our time to be sat. We weren't even directed to our table just told to take the elevator up to a dirty table. Took server 20 minutes to even approach us to take drink order.The buffet food was cold. So disappointing especially when wanted to have a nice experience on mothers day. Maybe the restaurant is nice when going there for a normal meal ,but this was an absolute sh** show.

    There were nine of us that went for the Mother’s Day lunch and I was super disappointed to say the least. We were seated at a dirty table, we didn’t even get silverware even after we had gone through the Buffet, so we went to get it ourselves and only received forks….So we ate much of our food with our fingers as we really needed knives for the meat. It was over $25 per person for the buffet and there was a wonderful selection of food, but it was all cold and the serving area was not kept clean at all so it was really disgusting looking and unsanitary. The volume was also so loud that we couldn’t even visit which seemed super inappropriate for Mother’s Day. We also had an automatic 20% tip added to the bill for a Buffet which seemed excessive. We ended up paying over a $300 bill and couldn’t be more disappointed. I think this is the first time I’ve written a negative review for a restaurant but I just couldn’t help it this time. I have a feeling this restaurant can be very good but overextended themselves for Mother’s Day. Probably best to not do the Buffet again.

    We had reservations for 1:45, and we’re not seated until 2:40, much longer than the 15 minute flex time quotes when making the reservation. We were seated outside, and the buffet food was cold because the wind kept blowing out the sterno heaters. Flavor of the food was good, but it was all cold, which was disappointing for the amount we paid. There was not ample room for people seated in the back of the patio to maneuver between the people seated at tables next to the bar, and the people that were getting food from the bar. There needs to be a clear path for future events.

    We had reservations for 1:15pm for Mother’s Day Brunch. We got there and they told us it would be another hour before we sat down to eat. What’s the point of taking a reservation if you can’t be seated within 10 mins of the time frame. I gave them my number and no call, no text. We finally left and went somewhere else. Glad we did after reading reviews the food was cold.

    Mothers Day reservation- claimed "system was down". At our time, 90 more min was possible, like it was no big deal to them & we hadn't planned ahead or something. After seeing the gross buffet, we just left, right choice! Parking full, even all down surrounding areas & streets. People crammed in & too loud to talk. When I saw the email to write this, literally LOLed. We came from St Charles & would've been our first visit. Very disappointing to start the day for moms.

    The restaurant was over booked or perhaps guests camping at tables which seemed to be more of the issue. Had reservations at 1230 still waited 1 hour. Music was way to loud for a Mother's Day event! Buffet traffic was blocking front door. Maybe put the buffet in the back room. Closer to kitchen and would alleviate congestion at the entrance. That would free up the bar for more guests and tables where the buffet was set up at. Mahi was luke warm all the meats were really tough had to use steak knives to cut with, even for the chicken. Waitstaff were pleasant and helpful. We have eaten there before and it's not like we won't return. Why you guess!? CUZ WE BLEED BLUE!!! LGB!!🍻

    NEVER on MOTHERS DAY. Though we had reservations, we never partook of the buffet we were looking forward to. Parking was non existent. My husband went to park while I tried to make my way through a mob of people to get our reservation confirmed. Was told they would call when it was ready, but they had my home phone # & I had NO cell phone with me. They seated me on a high table & chair right at the entrance with the standing mob on ALL sides of me milling about. It was positioned right in the path of the wind which was about 30-35 miles an hour!!! The girls that were seating people were beside themselves as they were obviously OVERWHELMED!! Overbooked, mishandled, very unpleasant experience. WE LEFT before ever being served. Not my idea of a lovely dining Mothers Day.

    Made reservations for mother's day a month in advance--waited 40 minutes still. Didn't know there was buffet only (not on website where we made reservations). Went specifically to order from menu. ALL of the food was cold. For charging $25.99 a plate, not including drinks, at least it could be hot food. Staff was friendly, but clearly overwhelmed.

    Looked like they overbooked for Mother’s Day. Had to wait 45 minutes after reservation time to get a table. Buffet had a great selection but it was largely cold. Great spot and staff was friendly. Quality and management of the Mother’s Day crowd just fell short of my expectations.

    We went for the Mothers Day Brunch and we’re quickly disappointed. This was easily the worst dining experience we’ve EVER had. We had a reservation however we still had to wait almost an hour to be seated. The staff wasn’t very concerned about the huge wait time and after approaching the hostess stand and being lied to about expected wait time, we were finally seated. They tried seating us at a table that was actually in the wait line in the bar that had people leaning on it. We reminded them that our reservation was fir upstairs and we were given a slightly better table. We then waited another 10-15 minutes for a server. Literally EVERYTHING on the buffet was ice cold. The health department should have been there to investigate. It was absolutely disgusting. Cold eggs Benedict (well the junction version anyway). Cold lobster risotto cold everything. I will be very surprised if we don’t get sick from just taking a few bites. Just the most horrible dining experience I’ve ever had. And of course no one bothered to ask how things were. Service was crap. Literally just the worst. We paid $87 for one drink and bites of the worst food imaginable. Oh and a 20% tip was automatically added to the bill. No wonder the staff didn’t care enough to give good service. I should also mention there was literally huge amounts of spilled food all over the floor. No one was cleaning anything up. Disgusting place. Shame on you junction house for orchestrating what was essentially a money grab from your customers. You get an “F” on all aspects. Luckily for us we were just a party of two. We were looking around and it was very clear you completely RUINED Mothers Day for so many families today. Brett Hulls Junction House should not be allowed to serve food. Yes, it was that bad. We will NEVER return and will make sure we warn our friends and family to do the same. I’m convinced all of the good reviews are likely paid for by the restaurant. Eat here at your own risk.     All of the buffet food was cold and old. Food on the bar (seafood) was Luke warm. The prime rib was cold and tough. The location look as if they were not prepared for the level of business occurring. All employees were nice and efficient. Had to wait an additional 25-30 minutes after the reservation time. Seems as though better preparation, planning and leadership is needed to improve next year.

    Complete disappointment. Made a reservation and showed up early. Restaurant was busy and would not have a table available for us for at least 20 minutes. We had a tight timeline, so we chose to go upstairs and sit at the bar. The staff were helpful and did their best, but we were all stuck with a horrible experience. The food was stuck around the perimeter and was cold. Other trays and bowls of food were just sitting on the bar, uncovered. Areas for getting food lacked serving utensils and were difficult to get to due to dining table locations. Cold food for $25 a person was not the experience I wanted on Mother's Day. I should have read more reviews and the flippant responses from the owner before booking. We will not return. If I were Brett Hull, I wouldn't want my name associated with this place, no matter how nice the patio setting is. Be warned!

    Very disappointed in our first trip here. Had a reservation for 10 on the rooftop for Mother’s Day (5/8/22). After waiting in line to get in, we were directed to the rooftop and the hostess tried to seat us at a 6 top table with 8 chairs crammed in. When we said there were 10 of us, she said oh just pull up a couple more chairs. When we said there’s no room, she agreed to give us the 4 top next to the 6 top. As we sat and waited because they were still putting together the buffet, I went to the bar to order drinks for the moms in our group. I was met with “oh, well you’ll have a waitress if you want to wait…” by the bartender. She seemed annoyed that I ordered a drink at the bar from a bartender. Back at our seats we waited until about 10:30 before the food was ready. We got in line for the buffet and EVERYTHING was cold to the touch while inside the warmers. Chicken, rizzito, pork loin, pasta, Mac and cheese, salmon, etc. Nothing was prepared to the correct temp for eating. As disappointing as that was, I noticed they were setting out new plates for the buffet. Several of them were chipped and still dirty with food. Those poor waitresses were running around without any support from management or the kitchen. They were constantly apologizing to their tables. It was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Especially disappointing when it’s your first visit. Heard several people complaining and kept hearing the excuse they’ve never had a buffet upstairs and downstairs before, but that’s no excuse for cold food and dirty dishes. They were unprepared, disorganized, and clearly not ready for an event. I’ve never left an online review for a restaurant in my entire life, but this one couldn’t slide. The manager did adjust our bill taking $120 off, leaving it at $119 with 20% gratuity, and even that felt like way too much of a bill for that awful experience. As of now I’ll never go back, I’ll stick to Sugar Fire just yards away.

    We made a reservation and still had to wait 15 mins to be seated, as we watched others walk in and be seated ahead of us. Sat down at the table at 7:15pm, ordered, food was not served until 8:30pm. Our waitress came to check on us 1 time during that hour and 15 min wait. It was horrible.

    We had a 7pm reservation. They told us upon arrival that they were overbooked and there would be a wait. After a little while, I went back up to check on it. She asked me again how many in our party like I was starting all over again. We finally got seated and waited an hour and a half for our food. Our server was very good and I don’t think it was her fault. I just think a manager should have been out there talking to the people who waited as long as we did. Our waitress took off two side salads from our bill but I think they should have done more. And just a side note: we looked at the open table site while we were waiting for our table. There were still reservations at the current time. I don’t know if overbooking is something they normally do or not. I wasn’t impressed.

    Open Table reservation didn’t populate with their system. Showed our reservation, but they were also overbooked. Food was slow and cold for our entire party. Waitress tried but she was overloaded. The manager tried to comp us with desserts or a round of drinks after we had our checks and everyone was tired and ready to go. After a couple of minutes of discussion, the manager realized reducing our bill would for the agreed upon solution. They did. Gratuity was still based on the full amount. Great place to hang at the bar and watch sports but no trust in planning an event with them.

    Outside booth was awesome. Loved the privacy. Was told they couldn’t turn down heaters, so we were a little hot. Food took an hour and when it arrived the pizza was cold.
