   The food was good… except nachos were cold. They came out within 5 minutes of ordering. My question is that they pre prep certain items during busy periods such as TFC games to speed table turns. For $21 … nachos not worth it. No sour cream or salsa. Otherwise, great spot to have pints and food.

   Recently dined at Brazen Head with a girlfriend for dinner on a Monday evening around 6pm. This was my second time ever dining here, the first being for brunch pre-Covid. The dining room was almost empty which was great (the bar area was busy though)- it kept noise levels down for ease of talking and it didn't feel over-crowded, which is also nice. Our server was attentive without being annoying. I didn't love the winter sangria, but the Apple Cider based mocktail my guest and I had after my drink was fantastic. We had a St Patrick's Day appetizer of pretzel bites with a beer and cheddar dip and a mushroom truffle flatbread app - The flatbread was a bit dry and needed some balsamic glaze or something but the pretzel dip was great. For mains, she had tacos which she enjoyed and I had the vegan vermicelli which was absolutely to DIE FOR. It had a great spice level and was a generous portion. Overall, I would like to return to this place on another un-crowded day for the ambiance of the dining room, and to try some other cocktails/menu items.

   Me and my girlfriend came for new year’s dinner. There was no count down only a football game in all the screens even though we asked our server 10 minutes before midnight. The DJ could do better in the selection of music that he offered, I approached to herm with some requests and he said that all was already programmed with his music, it is ha d to believe that now that technology is so advanced songs cannot be added to any system or play form any system.

    Great casual atmosphere. My boyfriend had the burger. He said it was delicious. I had the fish and chips. It was also very good! Only downfall in my opinion, is that I feel our server was run off her feet. As the place filled up, it seemed she was the only server there. That being said she did a great job. Would definitely go there again.

    Very short staffed, very long wait for food, food was cold and unappealing. Serving staff was running around, unable to check on guests, asked for a coffee refill, didn't get one until meal was done and wasn't enough for the table.

    Okay for an evening of pub food and beer after the football 🏈 game. Don’t think I’ll be rushing back anytime soon! Will try another restaurant of brew pub in the area.

    The service and ambiance was great and exactly what you'd expect. However, when we ordered our food, my burger was very dry and overcooked, the chicken pot pie had roughly 2 tablespoons of filling in it (we had to return it) and my friend ordered the chicken vindaloo and received chicken fingers. It also took a very long time for my friend to receive either of his two beers over the course of the night. Fairly poor showing from Brazen Head that night.

    The atmosphere was pleasant. We were originally seated upstairs however we we told after seating that the upper area was more costly for food and that of the lower seating area was more reasonable and standard fare. We had to move to the lower area to order from they menu. What soured the experience was that we were initially informed that exterior parking was free we dined at the restaurant. We asked again in the middle of dinner and we’re told this was incorrect. Unfortunately this added $42 dollars to the cost as we paid both for Peking $12 qnd were also ticketed with a $30 fine.

    Great spot for pre-game food/drinks if heading to BMO Field afterward. Nice outdoor patio (with one upstairs as well, when open). Food was good too.

    Simply put, a terrible experience. For a pub with such a limited menu there were out of 3 main items. They told us about 2 that they were out of, but did not find out about the third until they brought our food and only 3 of the 4 of us got meals. It was only then we found out about the 3rd item. Next, we asked for some lemons for one of the drinks. The server brought them over…..in her hands….and places them in the drink. Ugh! The food was mediocre and the service worse. We were having to wave people down to get service. The service staff was inexperienced and did not really care. At the end of the day they took the food off the bill, which was appreciated, but we would have happily paid the full bill for a decent experience. If they were not in the heart of liberty village they would not survive based on what we saw. TO THE MANAGEMENT: you have multiple problems to fix. Good luck!

    This restaurant had a line of 40 people waiting outside with many empty tables inside that should have been the first red flag. We had reservations for 6 and didn’t receive menus until 620 and then drinks didn’t show up until 645. There were many tables around ours stating the same .

    Our server forgot drink and meal orders, we did not receive a meal altogether and when we asked were told (when all others were on the table) that the kitchen was out and she was just finding this out. We were never offered refills on drinks, no one checked on the quality of our meals or lack thereof. We had to ask and wait 40 minutes for our bill which held wrong items that we had not ordered and still included the ones not delivered to our hungry guest. There was never an apology or sense of concern. I made reservations for this restaurant a month ago for the patio and we were told they 'gave that spot away', only to be seated inside with basically no service. The line up out through the parking lot was as disgruntled as we were. We will never go back.

    Disappointing- menu available did not match on-line and even then some choices were not available esp. vegetarian options. We appreciated our server being able to get the veggie burger for a couple of people in our group. But overall the service was poor, the food adequate but barely warm by the time we received it.

    Pancakes sent back. Bacon undercooked. Bitter coffee. Soggy toast. Server was pleasant but inattentive (and the place was practically empty). Wait in a line and go somewhere else for brunch.

    Brazenhead disappointingly uses a drastically reduced food menu whenever there is Toronto FC match , event at BMO Field or Budweiser Stage. They never seem to have the online food menu available. In addition although I had a reservation for the restaurant I was forced to eat on the patio.

    Kind of surprised with how poor our experience was... We were given an old menu so the drinks we asked for were not available. Then the prices for the new drinks were higher on the new menu. Our servers seemed to be checked out.. like floating through all these uncleared tables without any direction. We ordered drinks after 40 minutes of being left alone, then food. Food arrived 45 minutes later without cutlery or side plates. Cutlery came 15 minutes later but the side plates never did. We were never asked about new drinks or anything... We did order a second round but when it didn't come after 30 minutes we decided to grab the bill and leave. Will not be back.
