   We have loved Bravo for many, many years. We liked it even more when it was located in Glendale. We are always hoping that they will re-open a location in the North Shore. Many people miss it here.

   Excellent food. Reservation for 5, we were taken right away. Our server, Crystal was excellent. She remembered us from Christmas Eve a year ago! The food was wonderful. The gentleman delivering the food to our table was excellent and had a wonderful personality. Everything was delicious. It was very busy, but everything was running smoothly. We were celebrating a birthday. Great evening!

   We always enjoy Bravo but this time we made the mistake of ordering a pizza. Next time it’s back to my favorite: delicious eggplant Parmesan.

   Large variety on the menu. Generous portions and delicious. (some in group commented that their chicken & salmon were a bit overdone.) The service was very friendly, helpful and accommodating of a large group (8 people) and let us stay and drink and talk without rushing us (the restaurant was not crowded so that helped).

   While food was good, the portion was small had chopped salad which I’ve had in the past. Used to be served on a dinner plate. Now served on salad plate. Had grilled chicken breast added which was 4 small pieces. Bread was good as was dipping oil. But there were four people at our table and it was not enough for the four of us.    Overall the experience was ok. I guess you shouldn’t expect too much in terms of food quality at a chain restaurant. The service was very good however.

   The breaded chicken was cold and very tough. You would really do yourselves a favor if you would hire servers that act like they like their jobs. The last three times I visited Bravos, the servers did not greet or smile. If I asked for something, there was no response or emotion. Bravos used to be one of our favorite places and ate there at least once a week.

    We first stopped at the bar and enjoyed some well made cocktails.Our table was ready on time.We did not feel rushed.The Lobster Bisque was wonderful!. Everyone enjoyed their meals, many of us having leftovers.Our Server was very attentive. It was a positive experience.

    Upon arrival, we were jokingly told not to hound the server for bread because it was in the oven. Then, I saw other tables being served bread and we never did get any. My spaghetti bolognese was good, but the fettuccine Alfredo my daughter ordered had way too much garlic. A small glass of their house red wine was overpriced at $10. Overall, kind of disappointed with this visit.

    We went for a birthday dinner and the atmosphere on a Monday was great. It was not loud and the service ended up being good. Great food recommendations and options for all for Italian food. The starters and the desserts were fantastic. The entree was also really good and the portions are large. I would go back.

    We had a very nice lunch. Our server was attentive and allowed us privacy to talk and relax. We were not hurried at all. The food was excellent. We started with appetizers and then had lasagna. The salad was delicious.

    My experience was horrible. Waiter was rude very racist. Got to talking to other customers in a different language like I didn’t speak the language never told us that the restaurant offered warm bread until we seen them giving other customers that had just came in bread. It was the worst experience of my life will never return ruined my Valentine’s Day

    Good meal, somehow I believe that 17.95 for a bowl of Fettuccini Alfredo, pasta with some cheese sauce is a little extreme!! This did not include anything else, no protein, just pasta and sauce. The server was quite good considering he was handling us as well as two tables of over 10 diners each. We probably won't be back for awhile due to the crazy prices!! We like Bravo, they always seem to have a reservation available when we Check on Open Table. Maybe it's their pricing??

    It was my birthday; made an RSVP and brought 7 friends and the waiter was oddly nonchalant and quiet. Told me to wait multiple times and didn’t seem very happy to be serving us. Wouldn’t go again. The only highlight of this place was the food.

    We had a drink at the bar. Bartender and drinks were great. Dinner was good as usual. Our waiter was Dale. Very funny and engaging with us made for a great experience

    Our server was Brian. He seemed annoyed at anything we asked of him. We only had 1 serving plate on the table. When we asked for 2 more, his response was “I’ll see if I can get any.” When we asked for more bread, he had a rude remark at that time too. If I went back I would not want him for my server. He appeared as though he totally hated being there.
