At our restaurant, we work to capture the essence of a Botellón by offering a well-rounded, high end dining experience, with a home-style feel. We

At Botellón we take learned techniques from around the world, and apply them to traditional Spanish food, with a focus on the styles of the Basque region, combined with Mediterranean influence.

The food of the Basque region traditionally involves simple, high quality ingredients, executed with classic techniques that allow the bold and complex flavors to truly resonate. The region is widely known throughout history to have traded ideas and foods worldwide, and thus cultivated a heritage that naturally merges culinary traditions from around the world to create something distinctly Spanish flavored.

We had a wonderful dinner here on St Patrick's day! We started at a bar across the street which was really loud and we all wanted to eat, I was amazed we were able to get a reservation on such short notice (20 minutes). The service was great and the food was great-the mussels, burrata and meat paella were delicious! I highly recommend this place.

Would not recommend the Seafood Paella. Price, taste nor value. Rice was burnt. Maybe add more seafood to be worth the price instead of using mayonnaise to fill in the gaps. Drinks were good and super friendly staff.

Short ribs were great, pulpo was over cooked and burnt to a crisp with a strange pickle mashed potatoes. So, menu was hit or miss. Wine selection was a bit uninspired.m relative to how many fun and amazing wines are available from Spain. Service was friendly.

One of the few places in downtown/Rino area I could get a same day reservation for a party of 5. Food was great. Service was attentive. Good wine pairings. Save room for dessert!

The food was good. But the service was slow. I clearly stated in the reservation that it is a birthday celebration, we even mentioned it when we sat down. However the restaurant didn’t make any gestures for the birthday at all.

Went in with high expectations. Nice atmosphere and great service. Between the 8 plates I was able to try only one stuck out and it was something we could all very easily make on the BBQ or in the oven. I thought Botellón was going to stick out from others in Denver but it blended in with the rest.

Excellent place, and the service in particular stood out. We had a late reservation that happened in the middle of a much worse than expected snow storm; they stayed open and provided warm and un-rushed service throughout. The beet salad, cauliflower, and ribs in particular were all standouts as well as the white sangria. Highly recommend this place!

We celebrated a family member's birthday at Botellon and could not have been more pleased with the entire experience. The staff we unbelievably friendly, the food was amazing and atmosphere was outstanding. It was a fabulous evening. I would HIGHLY recommend Botellon to anyone looking for a special evening.

Amazing food and service! Their “croquetas” were the best I’ve ever had…and I’ve had plenty. Their “pulpo” was cooked to perfection and their “bravas” not too spicy. Can’t wait to come back!

Stopped in on a Thursday night, the place was empty and overall lacked a warm and inviting ambiance. We opted for the bar instead of a table for this reason. The service was less than excellent all around, nothing terrible to note, just weird vibes and everything took a long time. The food was very mediocre - the best thing we had were the croquettes. An overall underwhelming experience, we ended up having a second dinner across the street. Other menu items ordered: Croquettes Bistec Patatas bravas Quicos Gambas Al ajillo

Service was terrible. Inattentive, disjointed, undercooked steak & fishy scallops. Delivered us the wrong food we didn’t order. Generally apathetic in taking our food & drink orders (we had to go to the bar). This restaurant needs to get it together so they survive. Moderately busy on a Friday night, and there’s lots of competition from great service restaurants in the area.

The place has potential but fell short during our visit. The menu is just too small. On the night we went the chef that makes paella was not working so the already small menu was even smaller. Service was okay, I know businesses are short staffed so hoping that’s the case. I don’t think I would go back unless the menu doubled in size- I want a table full of tapas.

Sadly, our head chef had an unexpected family emergency that we hope no one ever has to deal with. That being said, we are a very new, and very small family run restaurant. Our menu and our staff is growing and evolving by the week along with our business, and it is reflective of our size. We are genuinely sorry that we did not have Paella available for one night only while our staff was dealing with an emergency!

We went here for our anniversary. It had a cool ambiance, but there was only one other couple in the whole restaurant. Since it as only the 4 of us in the place, it rendered the music VERY LOUD - y'know, when there isn't the noise of the other diners competing for the tunes? Otherwise, the food was just ok, with one exception which was terrible. My tastebuds were inoperable for about a week as they recovered from the salt of that particular dish. My husband was surprised because I loves me some salt.

Great place for tapas. Our group tried almost all dishes on the menu and they were all excellent. Owner was very friendly and they all seemed passionate about their work. Service was fantastic. Great place for a date or a group.

One of our favorite Spanish restaurants in Denver. We were sad when they closed their doors to move back in Summer 2021, and are super excited that they have opened up again! The paellas are to die for.

This was our first time at Botellón. We were late due to an activity that went over its expected time and they were very gracious about it. (I did call to let them know.) The server was very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful, explaining several drink and food options to us and the other employees who attended us to serve drinks, fill water, clear plates, etc. were equally nice. We had 6 different drinks between the 4 of us, each excellent. (Try the "I need an adult"!) For food we shared the Quicos, Aceitunas Mixtos, Paella de Salchichas, Costillas Cortas and Croquetas. All very yummy. While tapas are always overpriced in America for what you get, we didn't feel our bill was exorbitant at the end considering how satisfied we were and how delicious everything was.

We made reservations and arrived a few minutes early to a line at the front door that did not move for 15 minutes. I finally pushed to the front and the only person working in the restaurant was one waiter. The first people in line finally flagged him down and made him seat them. Then our turn, but no, another 5-minute wait. He finally returns and seats us, gives us a drink menu, then runs off again. Several minutes later we were finally waited on, the same person, and ordered drinks. We still did not have a food menu. Waited another 10 minutes and walked out. This place really exists in name only. No one seems to work there. It was a total waste of our time.
