Food was delicious. Service was slow. We were a table of 12. The chocolate dragon was fantastic. Overall it was a very memorable meal. I think they are better for a small table.

It took us a hour just to get our appetizer, this is small room with only 8 tables inside. Food not large portions. We were there for hour half just for 2 rolls and a soup.

We had such a great experience at Bonsai! The Japanese fusion concept was unique, the food was beautifully presented, and everything we tried was delicious. The atmosphere made it perfect for a date night or special occasion, and the overall experience felt like something different from the usual restaurant options in Pensacola. Definitely a spot worth trying if you’re looking for great food and a memorable dining experience. We’ll be back!

The Japanese fusion maki rolls, appetizers, and entrees were fresh, aesthetically pleasing and uniquely flavorful (freshly ground Wasabi root was a wonderful addition). Our server was incredibly knowledgeable and gracious. The space, however, looked like a converted conference room gussied up to pass for an elegant restaurant but was drafty, had a tacky and cheap entrance and lacked warmth and polish. Good food in a space that looks like an afterthought by Hilton.
