   First time going. Food was very good. Server was polite. Amount of time waiting for our food was far too long. At least 30 minutes. My wife has been once before and said she had a similar experience. Hopefully it will get better as we like visiting a place like this.

   I’ve been here many times before but my experience yesterday was TERRIBLE! The lady was new that was our server. I understand things can happen, but there was way too many things. We asked for water three times and never got them so had to go to the bar to get them. We were given the lunch menu when they were serving brunch. We placed our order and they come back and said they could not compete the order because it’s still the brunch menu until 3. We ordered the fish dip and the wonton lobster for an appetizer, and never received the wonton lobster but were charged on the bill. Charged for 4 glasses of wine when we only ordered three.

   This is my favorite restaurant in Central Florida. It’s a little on the more pricey side but food and service are excellent so it’s worth it. I recommend the sweet potato gnocchi.

   Visiting area on business trip and reviews led me to Boca. The location and space are really sharp. I found the portions, food quality, and cost below expectations. Our initial order was lost and the final bill was incorrect. Staff was great but over the course of one visit, you shouldn’t have to apologize to guests about multiple issues.

   Overall Boca was an ok experience. The hostess seemed quite irritated we were a smidge (15 min) early for our reservation and that she had to “rearrange” some things. It was not the most positive first impression. In contrast, our server was kind and made suggestions when asked and clearly knew the menu well. Candidly the the food seemed bland for the price you are paying. I had the chicken Milanese but it was tough to cut through and did not have much flavor. The vibe/atmosphere of Boca is neat but it felt like that was more of what you were paying for. Nothing absolutely terrible just not somewhere I feel compelled to get back to and try again.

    On a balmy and hot Florida evening the GM decided to open the doors upon which ushered in a gust of hot air into an already warm and humid room. When we asked the GM why the doors were opened and requested it be closed we were basically blown off. This is after we had been seated for several minutes before a server even came by. Not to mention the fact that one of the water glasses was dirty with visible lip stains around the rim. Still, we were poised to stay and had already ordered cocktails. However, since the GM apparently lacks knowledge regarding the concept of customer service we elected to leave rather than give our business to someone who shows such blatant disregard for its customers. Of course, there was no recourse since the unfortunate decision making came from the top.

    Emily was amazing!! My son's shrimp and grits were the best ever. The brussels sprouts my husband ordered and my fish dip were delicious. The donuts make a great brunch appetizer. We can't wait to come back.

    Really enjoyed our brunch at Boca's. It was Mothers Day so restaurant was crowded, but even then the service was excellent. Food was outstanding--- the trio of 3 different Benedicts was superb, as was the biscuits and gravy. Upbeat and lively place so noise level was high, but we still had no problems holding a conversation. Will definitely be back.

    The food was good, but the service was slow, and some menu items were either not delivered or delivered twice. We had a large party, but no one seemed to be assigned to our table. I had to get down and go ask for someone just to bring water. We were not in a hurry, which was good. I doubt I'll be back anytime soon.

    We were seated in a timely manner. It took about 10 minutes for a server to come over and while the restaurant was quite busy, a word or intro at some point would have been helpful. The restaurant definitely is “energetic” on a Saturday at 2pm. The food was good, not great - the sausage gravy was overwhelmingly flavored with liquid smoke. Food runners were great.

    We had a big group and they did a wonderful job of getting the drinks, appetizers, and meals out at the right times. The mussels appetizer was outstanding. The only thing we didn’t like was the biscuits and gravy. The gravy was too smoky. Not everything needs to be edgy and re-invented. The noise level was pretty loud and made it challenging to talk if you weren’t right next to the person. It’s got a hipster, I want to be seen vibe, but the food was good.

    Went to Saturday brunch. Food was a resounding… okay. Took forever for food to come after ordering. Admittedly, food was probably much better when it was hot but came to the table with ice cold eggs and soft cold potatoes. Also for the shrimp and grits, the grits are fried grit cakes, which is not on the menu or mentioned by the server. The cakes are then set down into a sauce. Since the food had been allowed to sit and cool these were completely inedible as they were a mushy, soggy, congealed block of grits. Would have loved to get it corrected but after not seeing our server for another 15 minutes (another server dropped off our food) our party decided to eat what was still decent, flag down someone to pay, and move on with our day. On a positive the house made lemonade and ginger drinks were excellent. Was really disappointed since we had eaten at Boca previously for dinner and the food and service was significantly better so hoping this was the outlier.

    We had an enjoyable evening celebrating my mother in law 91st birthday. The OMG burgers were delicious. It was an incredible busy night for the restaurant, they ran out of menus, service a bit slow, and it was very loud inside the restaurant.

    From the moment I arrived, I was thankful for the service and atmosphere. With 9 of us, seating can seem like an annoyance to some staff. Boca was great about letting us pick a spot great for us (my res was first in the am) as soon as I arrived. The rest of the service was excellent and the right level of speedy to allow us to enjoy ourselves. The food was amazing. I could tell from the apps we were working with great flavors and that was true of everything we had. Splendid time, beautiful food, great atmosphere - we’ll be back!

    My friend was late arriving, but the service staff were gracious in allowing us to relax and visit as long as we liked. We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful weather. My one complaint is that they need a wider variety of herbal or decaf teas and a decaf offering for the cappuccino.
