We arrived a bit after the busy lunch hour, so our room was quiet and relaxing. I’m so sorry I don’t remember our waiter’s name, but I’m hoping you can check to see who it was because he was a very nice young man - polite, helpful, friendly, and dedicated to his job! I would like him to know that we really appreciated him and want his employer to know!!!

Dinner was great. The server seemed new and somewhat flustered. Perhaps it was because it was a busy night. He didn’t know the special of the day, and initially brought us the wrong receipt and credit card. He sorted out both problems.

Server was outstanding-very accommodating. Sat in the bar awaiting my party to arrive and several wait staff approached to be sure I was taken care of. There was a large party in the one room requiring a lot of attention and everyone made sure the rest of us weren’t neglected. Food was good.Nick was great and I think this place is a great value for finer dining.

First time at Bluestone for everyone in our group. Good variety on the menu, the food was great! One ordered the ribeye, two ordered the stuffed flounder, one ordered the short ribs and one ordered appetizers and salad and everyone enjoyed their meal. Dennis was our server and he was spectacular! I don’t know how he did it since he had a dozen tables to take care of. Our only issue was the noise level - it was at a 12! Could only hear the person next to you, it really inhibited conversation for the group. We will definitely be going back but only 2 people at a time, if you want to be able talk!

We met friends on a Sunday evening to enjoy their delicious food at a great price. Sundays they have a special menu where you can order 3 courses ranging from $62 to $32 depending upon which entree you select. Three of us had the stuffed flounder ($39) and the fourth enjoyed the Crisfield stew ($32). We all agreed that dinner was excellent. The heath bar chocolate mousse and key lime pie were the perfect end of a perfect meal. Service was good with just a few missteps when it came to our wine and dessert orders but she quickly made everything right. BlueStone is one of our favorite places to meet for good company and a fun evening out.

BlueStone is our go to in the area for special occasions. We’ve literally never had a bad meal or experience there. It was never inexpensive, but prices seem to have gone up quite a bit in the past year. That said, there are few places we know we can always get a great meal … BlueStone is one of them. So paying a little more is worth it.

Food is consistently good. Noise level was way way way too high. Service was horrible. Waiter merely glanced in the room from time to time, never making eye contact with anyone. We had to practically yell to get his attention. Bread not brought unless requested. If you are with a large group, it's fine. If you are not, your conversation and enjoyment is drowned out by them.

Service was below acceptable. My companion had a food allergy and stated so clearly when ordering. Yet his meal contained the allergic ingredients. The waiter was no where to be found. It took a good 10 minutes for the dish to be reordered.

Wonderful experience! The food (3 of us had the stuffed flounder, and 1 had the two way tuna) was delicious! Well prepared and presented. We enjoyed fried calamari and fried green tomatoes as appetizers and for dessert cheesecake and an outstanding Strawberry Fool! Service was great as well, our server was friendly and attentive. Bluestone has become my favorite place to enjoy a meal with a friend or a family member. The service is consistently good, the atmosphere is inviting and the food is always prepared well and is very tasty. All of this at a relatively moderate price given today's inflationary trend. For a relaxing, enjoyable dining experience, I highly recommend Bluestone. P.S. The rasberry/chocolate cheesecake dessert is outstanding.

Food was only okay. My fish was overcooked and my husbands' lamb was not hot enough and did not have much flavor. Drink selection was good and dessert was scrumptious. I was disappointed that the quality of both our entrees did not live up to the menu description.

The oddest thing was it took 30 min to get a Manhattan & a Bloody Mary from the bar. The waitress told us she ended up making them?!? We’ve always been very happy any time we’ve been there including having private parties, this was the first time the service was ”off” and although everyone, there was five of us, enjoyed their dinner mine was not very good. I ordered from the 3 course menu, the rockfish. It was very fishy and the shrimp was over cooked, not just my opinion. Figured I’d mention it because if you don’t know it’s broken you can’t fix it. Love Bluestone. Jason was our server and he was great. Wouldn't get the crab cakes again though. Every bite seemed to have shells. Had the ribeye many times, but this time it was bland. Kitchen shouldn't be afraid to season it up and add salt. Cocktails were awesome. We would return again.
