   Wonderful dinner and a beautiful little hotel. The food was expensive but very good! Our service was lovely and I would definitely recommend! The salmon with house teriyaki was delicious and my husband loved the sushi platter!

   One of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. Wish I caught our servers name but it was his last week at the restaurant. He explained everything down to the sake distillation process and best food suggestions. Me and my friends come down and visit this restaurant every year for Miami Music, but this topped my past visits. Highly recommend if you want some fantastic food. The wagyu gyoza, fried chicken entree and espresso creme brûlée were the highlight.

   Not the Blue Ribbon I remember in NYC. Food was "Meh" and very expensive. Open Table lists it as $30 and under which is impossible unless you're only ordering the house salad (which was $21). Also, we were seated around the hotel pool which had a large birthday party going on at the same time, which didn't help make for a romantic evening.

   Food served ver quickly so don’t order everything at once. Take your time with the appetizers then order the mains. Chicken is very good as well as the hearts of palm, Brussels and broccolini. All the sushi was fresh and made perfectly. Service was slow getting plates cleared and bringing over water which was annoying. Overall good enough to come back.

    Breathtaking setting and food. We loved our evening at Blue Ribb9n. Music was fun but not overpowering. Busy and bustling but not crowded. Really standout!!

    We enjoyed our dinner. Had to wait a little for our table but we were sat near the pool which was really nice. Service was outstanding and food came out quick. Nigiri was quality and delicious. Didn’t care for the fried rice. Would definitely visit again when craving sushi.

    I came for a Birthday dinner with my husband and was so pleased with the service and food! The portions are huge and the food is amazingly delicious. I got the Oxtail fried rice and my husband had the BBQ pork rib. For Desert Mint tea and a chocolate mouse with green tea ice cream. Everything from the food to the ambiance was incredible. Thank you for having us! Will definitely be coming back.

    Save your $$ and skip Nobu and go directly to Blue Ribbon! Outstanding in all areas. Started at the bar with excellent results. Then moved to dining and Andrew made excellent recommendations and took great care of us while dining. Highly recommend. Just don't tell anyone....we should keep this a South Beach secret!

    Some of the best sushi I’ve had since my last omakase! High quality sushi and even better flavor portfolios. I picked this place because of the “better than nobu and zuma” review and I’m so glad I did. They weren’t lying! Better portions than Nobu and even better dishes. We had top notch service. We asked to keep a sauce from the octopus salad the bus boy accidentally cleared it, so the waiter ran over and brought us another right away. We didn’t even have to ask. Last nights dinner made for a great night out. Highly recommend this place.

    Go early for their version of happy hour well before you get seated. I chose the sushi platter to share. It was beautiful and very fresh. But I missed not having some of my standbys. The key lime dessert was perfect.
