    This was our first visit to the Blue Llama and we are already making plans to visit again. The club is visually beautiful and the music from the Charlie Ballantine Trio was stunning.

    For the size of the venue and the proximity of the musicians to the audience, the volume level was far too loud. Speakers and mics are hardly needed for such an intimate atmosphere. If speakers are used, they should be at the lowest level possible- enhancing and balancing the sound instead of blasting. The sound quality would be better and hearing damage would be less of a risk. I could hardly speak to the people at my table without yelling. Please consider asking your musician guests for a lower volume.

    I’ll be honest. This was a beautiful place. And I would love to come back. However, I made a reservation for 10pm and had to pay $30+ for the music. I ended up arriving at 920pm. The band that was playing stopped at 930pm. I was able to see 10 min of show. I’m just curious why be open until 11pm. And charge people for the show. When the last song is played at 930pm?! So I had plans with my partner for 10-11. I wouldn’t have even gotten to see 10 minutes of a show if I didn’t show up early. I’m just a little disappointed.

    Came here for my husbands birthday with some local friends. What a great find!!! Such a great experience and great ambiance. Right at the very beginning the staff was super helpful, attentive, friendly & funny. Chef Jorge was super nice & personable and his food was fantastic! Great selection of food, very professional & gourmet. Love their drinks & wine selection.     Wonderful, would happily go back. We did have a hiccup with the kitchen, but everything was solved timely and with care. Would recommended to anybody looking for classier date spot.

    Our first time at Blue Llama but it won't be the last. Loved the atmosphere, the music, food and drink was not necessary but added to the experience. Service was on point. Will return.

    The atmosphere and the entertainment was amazing. I purchased the tickets with food and the strolling menu presentation was great. The food choices just weren’t that great. We were still hungry as some we didn’t care for. He service was amazing.

    The chef is innovative & creative. Menu changes on a regular basis. Some dishes stay on the menu. It’s definitely gourmet food and prepared well. A little too much salt for my tastes. Probably can ask for less salt when ordering.

    Only minor flaw in a wonderful evening was the table next to us, whose occupants talked nonstop, at a volume that made it difficult to focus on the wonderful music. Should we have asked to be moved? I don't know if that would have been an option.
