Denver foodies, we have a NEW spot to add to the list!! 🌸🥢 Tried the newly opened @blossombysyc in LoHi, and honestly… I get the hype. 👀✨ The food, the ambiance, the presentation?! She understood the assignment. 💅🏻 BUT let’s talk about the STAR of the show: the tableside Peking Duck. 🦆🔥 Crispy, golden skin, tender juicy meat, AND they carve it right at your table?! Like excuse me?! 😮‍💨 This is not just dinner, it’s a whole experience. Definitely worth the hype! Of course, we had to try a little bit of everything because ordering just one or two dishes is simply not in our vocabulary. 😂👇🏻 🍤 Lychee Shrimp Pearls — Golden crispy shrimp balls with a molten mozzarella center, crunchy rice pearls, and their signature aioli. Crispy on the outside, cheesy on the inside… say less. 🤌🏻 🥟 Black Truffle Pork Soup Dumplings — Juicy pork dumplings filled with savory broth and earthy black truffle. Careful with that first bite, but trust me, it’s worth the wait! 🤤 🥢 Classic Shao Mai — Little pockets of dim sum goodness that are perfect for sharing… or not sharing. No judgment here. 😂 🍜 Wagyu Chow Fun — Tender Wagyu beef tossed with wide rice noodles, scallions, and bean sprouts. Savory, satisfying, and packed with that delicious wok-fried flavor! 🍚 Bone Marrow Clay Pot Rice — Rich, savory, comforting goodness with that irresistible clay-pot rice experience. The kind of dish that has everyone reaching in for just one more bite!
