   It’s nearly unbelievable that everything on this menu is superb! The menu changes with the seasons but if you see the Challah French Toast or Lamb Chops on the menu order them immediately! Kudos to the Executive Chef Saon 🔥♥️😋

   We were still late and they accommodated us well. The service was very slow. The waiter kept forgetting to bring our beverages. But perfect ambiance for a nice dinner date or birthday celebration. The calamari was my favorite.

   The vibe, ambiance, aesthetics of the restaurant is really nice. Our sever was great and had a great sense of humor. The food and drinks are mediocre for the prices they charge. Overall this is a place I would do happy hour more so than dinner.

   My opinion.....The food was not worth the price. The portions was not worth the price. Drinks are over priced. Music choice was nice and nice vibe, but I will not be returning.

   First time there. Excellent ambiance and decor. The food was excellent. Priced a bit high but was delicious. Great service, especially from our waitress, Noel. She was sweet, helpful, and extremely gorgeous!! Thanks for helping me celebrate my mother’s 76th birthday.

    Food was pretty good. A little overpriced and the front desk had a bit of an attitude but our waitress was great. Overall nice experience but not in a rush to go back.

    The food was delicious, absolutely amazing.. we loved everything we were served. Our servicer was great but she slower than desire due to the amount of tables she had to service. The only issue I had with the restaurant was the noice level. It was unacceptably loud the whole time. The music was extremely loud which caused everyone to speak loud.The noice level was compounded by the close seating arrangement of the restaurant. This is not the place to go if you are looking for an intimate dinner. However, if you are looking for an energetic night out with friends, this is a great option.

    My experience was okay. I suggested this location for my colleagues since I was told that it was a nice new spot In Baltimore. I usually dine at the Oceanaire which I think is more to my liking due to ambiance and customer service.

    I'd give this place a C+. The appetizers, calamari and scallops were great, but, the entrees not so much. The crab cakes for $75 and were severely breaded, and dry. My friend got the salmon and she said it was just okay. The specialty drinks are okay, and the glasses are small. The lobster may was made with a rue, and not tasty enough for $31.

    Service was great however main course came out before appetizer. Chairs need rubber protection on legs. The entire dinner all you heard was scaping chair legs from guest getting up.

    Ambience and vibe was A+. Nice selection of music, wait staff was very friendly ( if a tad bit slow on service, but that could mark down to how busy the place was). Food was OK/GOOD. A bit on the pricey side but that seems par for the course, for that area of Baltimore.

    I took my husband here for his birthday, by the way we are from South Jersey and this restaurant was recommended to us by friends..The food was amazing and the ambience was perfect..Our server was on point and she made sure my husband was well taken care of..We will definitely be back in the summer to experience your outside dining..

    Entering blk swan, the ambiance was beautiful. The hostess was welcoming and cordial. Once seated, we shared our space with the swan’s nest. The artistic value of having the artificial branch wrappings around the dj booth was aesthetically appealing logistically not so much. After being seated our waitress greeted us after about an 8 minute wait . The loud music prevented her hearing us. I found we were repeating ourselves to get the order correct. I ordered Salmon with the asparagus. The salmon was had a burnt grill taste. I told our waitress and she never had it removed from the bill. I asked to speak to the manager, who never came. After receiving the bill, the waitress asked, “how was the service?” I explained that she needed help, and she forgot to bring back salt and lemon for my water . I further explained that I felt she needed help because she had didn’t check on us throughout the meal. She seemed offended. If I go back it will be for the pictures and I’ll sit at the bar. My experience was Just a little underwhelming

    Kensey I think her name was a great server. The ambiance and vibe at Blk Swan is amazing!!! I was very impressed for my first time and can’t wait to go back. The food was delicious and drinks were perfect!!! 5 stars with no complaints
