   Our server was great—knowledgeable and attentive. We got a pitcher of margaritas, which kept the whole table happy! The food was delicious! Everyone liked what they ordered. Servings are large enough for leftovers!

   The ambience in the food were amazing. We had the Mexican street corn and tacos. They all were delicious. Their chips are made fresh right there and served warm. Were beyond delicious!We will definitely be back! The service was great. Our server was friendly and always, checked in with us with a smile. Great experience overall!

   We had a date night at Blanco tonight and the service was terrible to put it lightly. We had the reservation at 7:00 then received an email that our reservation was pushed back to 7:45. Upon arrival at 7:30, they hadn’t heard our reservation was pushed back? They still sat us at 7:30. It took almost 30 minutes for them to even greet us at the table, which we excused since it was restaurant week and they were quite busy. However, once we received our appetizer it took almost another 30 minutes for our waiter to come by and have us order the entree. Almost an hour later, and once the table next to ours (sat almost an hour after us) was served, our waiter came back by with his note pad and said “ what can I get you” then realized we had already ordered. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, he avoided our table for another half hour until another server delivered our food. All while also waiting for a margarita to be delivered to the table that was also ordered almost an hour before. Once we had received our mediocre food and attempted to order deserts, the server made us aware that they were out of the desert and made us pick another option. I am incredibly disappointed with the service. If he would have simply acknowledged the mistake of losing our order and made it right, it would have went a long way. We will never go back.

   Watered-down drinks and extremely bland food. I recommend skipping this place. The restaurant is nice, large and a good vibe but that's all the positives. Ordered two pitchers of margaritas (different flavors) and both were terrible. Nothing but ice watering down all the taste. All of the food lacked flavor, especially the charro beans and carnita tacos. It all needs salt and generally more seasoning. Don't waste your time

   We went during Denver Restaurant Week. Although the restaurant was full, we were seated on time for our reservation. The restaurant is very loud and it was difficult to hear others in my party. Ports of the meal were cold. I think the stress of Restaurant Week was overwhelming. We will go back to give it another try.

    Our server never asked if we liked our food. She took our order, dropped off our food and check and box when asked. No other interaction. She was not friendly. My food was cold. I got the chicken burrito and the rice was good and hot but everything else was cold. The only thing inside the burrito was chicken and beans.

    Exactly what Restaurant Week is designed to do: new favorites. Despite living only 8 or 9 blocks away and watch g this get built, we already had our usual Southwestern/Mexican places and never tried Blanco. Now we have one additional favorite. Given great covers on a Tuesday night, service was good, food choices well-plated and ample portions. Sadly they ran out of one dessert so we wound up with a double portion of the very good flan. Extra credit for Restaurant Week drink specials. That shows a well-run operation and further insures our rapid return.

    We've been to Blanco many times. Restaurant week's Chicken Burrito was delightful, rainbowed on top with enchilada sauce and queso. Rice and Charro beans were also spot on. They now have a Happy hour until 6:00 (not sure if weekdays only?) Get there early for $5 margaritas.

    We dined on a Saturday night. It was very busy and we were sat shortly after our reservation time. We liked the guacamole, short rib machaca enchiladas and pork chile verde enchiladas. service slowed a bit waiting for our check. good food, we've been twice and will revisit again.

    We came for Denver Restaurant week because they had a $25 deal for an appetizer, entree, and dessert. Plus $5 drinks! The menu had a variety of options, and the food tasted great. We were disappointed to find out after we had finished our entrees that they were completely out of dessert. They made it right when it came to the bill but we wished we would have been told before we got excited for it! Otherwise a great experience and meal.

    We had absolutely great service, good food, great value and the location is easy to negotiate. We really enjoyed our visit. For those who have Celiac or gluten intolerance, their menu is almost entirely GF.

    Food was really good. Service was great. The booth was big - almost too big and it was hard to hear once the restaurant got busy. Margaritas were yummy - so yummy we had two. Bottled beer was served without a glass - that's a no in my book. Queso was tasty - but served in a low flat bowl, so it spread and was hard to get to. The spoon helped. Cheese enchiladas were good. Shrimp was great. Wish the rice was vegetarian - that's a fail for sure. Service was good - not rushed ... and the chips and salsa were plentiful. We will be back!

    Beautiful atmosphere and upscale mexican style restaurant. Service was slow as the waitstaff was overwhelmed by bent short staffed, 45 minutes to order. The queso was great just the amount was not enough for a even two people. The margaritas were amazing, probably the best we've ever had. The carne asada fajitas were good, not great. Chimichanga good, not great. Chicken salad good, not great. Overall good experience just lacking in finishing touches of food and slow service.

    Great service, Palomas and Guacamole. However the ancho Chile enchilada sauce was so salty we couldn’t eat it. They tried to make it right but it took so long for the second dishes to come out everyone else was done and the second round was just as salty. But points for trying and for removing them from the bill.

    Really nice. Good food - loved the guacamole (so much that we ordered two). The cheese crisp was also delicious. We had the BBQ pork one. My short rib enchiladas were delicious, and the spicy skinny margaritas were fantastic. Few calories and all the flavor! Brian took great care of us and was a lot of fun. I highly recommend this place. We're glad to have found it - thank you Cherry Creek Magazine for doing the write up that lead us there. Enjoy!!

    The guacamole was unseasoned and tasted nothing like the description. I had to take a knife and cut it cup as it was just a couple of big chunks. The tacos were good. Not great. They were served with rice and beans which looked like they were served with a teaspoon . The spicy skinny margaritas were wonderful. The service was also very good

    The fajitas were amazing. One of us had the chicken and the other had carne asada. Both were excellent. The server Nicole was a 10+ out of 10. Very engaging and on point! The tequila selection was awesome. I recommend the experience
