   My husband and I went out for a date night. We got seating right away, but it was SO loud. We had to scream at each other to talk. The food was great, until it made me sick. I called the restaurant the next morning and the owner was more then apologetic, and was so sorry. We will try it again,

   I really enjoyed the food and our server was awesome, however the girl at the front waiting area was a little standoffish and I arrived for my reservation to find that they had given my table away so we were then stuck at a sucky table at the last minute.

   There this past Saturday around 5:30pm... The bartender was also our waiter... It was busy, he was slow... Had to ask for refills... Burger was supposed to be medium and was dry and over well done... Special of the day- shrimp po boy had 7 tiny shrimp, more bread than anything... Just not worth the money.

   Have been there before and enjoyed enough to return but caught them on an off night. Service was poor, incorrect orders, etc. apologies but didn’t make it right so poor customer service overall

   Our waitress was very attentive and the manager came over twice for casual conversation and to check on our food. The cocktails were delicious and the food was well worth the price! Great restaurant

   Came here to celebrate Valentine’s Day on the 15th this past Saturday. Even with a reservation the place was dead at 4pm. They sat us in the bar area and while food and service was good. There was a group of people who were obnoxiously loud. Kinda ruined our dinner experience and wished we had been seated somewhere differently.

    Amazing Harry Potter Brunch! Two levels of buffet and great decorations. Adults and kids alike had a great experience. Thanks sooo much for a great Sunday. Super friendly management and staff btw.

    The Harry Potter brunch was so much fun!! My son loved his letter and chocolate frog and being sorted into a house. We will definitely be back again. The man who was making the omelettes was so nice and personable. The decor made me feel like I was in universal! You guys really out did yourselves!!

    This is the worst experience I’ve had at this restaurant and I’m pretty sad about it. I love that they do themed brunches and look forward to them . I usually attend most of them. The Harry Potter Brunch is something my best friend and I have done every year they have had it. However, after this last visit I may not return. I walked in and went up to the hostess station to check in. There were 2 hostesses and neither of them greeted me or even made eye contact with me when I was clearly standing in front of them waiting patiently. After 10 minutes of waiting, I finally said “ Hi I have a reservation can I check in?” They were clearly overwhelmed which I did not fault them for but basic hostessing etiquette requires that you at least smile and greet guests when they come in. After waiting 30 min and watching people come in after me be seated, I asked how much longer until my party would be seated. The hostess tells me that since I need a high chair that it will take ANOTHER 30 min since people not getting up from tables and because of the high hair I need a low table. I told them that this was ridiculous that I had to wait over an hour when I had a reservation. They argued in front of me about how there was nothing they could do since people weren’t getting up and that was when they finally got their manager to help them and found me a table after 10 min. My server was great and the food was good as usual but I am very disappointed by how I was initially treated and again I will seriously reconsider returning or recommending Black Eyed Suzies

    I enjoyed the decorations for the HP Brunch but I did think there would be a few more activities. I thought there would be something like wand-making/decorating. The personalized letter was a little odd because it was dated for December. When we came in it would have been nice to learn about what was going on or a description of the event - instead, we were just lead right to our seat and sat down with a menu on the table. While the staff was dressed up they just didn't seem to be as into it as they were at the Santa Brunch.

    It was a Saturday night between the two "happiest" holidays but WOW was it LOUD inside! Loud music made large groups and everyone else talk louder just to be heard sitting side by side. Food is a nice variety and tastes great.

    This was our first and last time to this restaurant. Our bill is 96.00 and more than half of it was not edible. Calamari was overcooked and way too salty. The NY Strip special was all but gristle couldn’t even cut through it with a steak knife.

    Very accommodating. Our waiter,Ryan, was pleasant ,attentive and courteous. I ordered a kind of crab spring roll from the appetizer list. It was mushy and tasteless. I never send food back...I just learn not to order again. Everything else was good. Our drinks were good. $200 for Five people. But, like I said we did get drinks! Lol

    Such a great Breakfast with Santa!!!!! We will come back each year as long as they have it :) Also, the Grinch was a great touch! This has to be a yearly tradition!!

    I know it was a brunch buffet and servers aren't serving us but we barely saw ours, a couple times had to go to the bar to get refills on our drinks. Had to pay at the bar, get the bartender to print our checks. One time we said we needed refills and she rolled her eyes, we gave the order to her but the bartender brought the drinks over. The food was okay. It was still nice and i would go back knowing that isn't their normal.

    The breakfast with Santa was fantastic! The staff was amazing, the kids loved the crafts and Santa, the restaurant was decorated wonderfully and the Christmas music was amazing! The green and red waffles were a hit with the kids and the bloody Mary’s were a hit with the parents! I cannot wait until next year! Black Eyed Suzie’s did an amazing job at making memories for families during the Christmas season! Thank you!

    Excellent food and wonderful service. Everyone there is truly a team - you can be checked on by anyone including the hostess who might just be passing by so you're always taken care of. Theme events are amazing.

    We had a lovely brunch experience Sunday at Black Eyed Suzies. We had 8 people in our party. We were seated in the main dining room. Our waitress was very attentive and we got our meals quickly. I highly recommend the bloody mary's and Crabby Benny's.

    This was my second event at Suzie’s. Again, the decorations were very well done. And there was a good ambience that fit the theme of the event. I did feel that the staff was slightly overwhelmed or they were just understaffed with what was going on. Though it didn’t feel like a great rush of people, a few staff members were looking frazzled. The food was very good and everything was fresh. Waffles while you wait! The buffet could have been on a shorter table and maybe partially cover the food just to keep it warmer. Everyone that we did deal with was super polite and dressed for the event. And very helpful. I think what would have really of made the event would have been less sports on TV because to me that just made me feel like I was in a sports bar with the event themed music playing. I would go again though.

    We got there around 7:30 which was after the dinner rush and it was on a weeknight so it was quiet. The waitress was friendly and attentive. The only complaint about her was that when we were ready to pay it was hard to find her. The only other complaint would be that the food was salty, but we addressed it with the manager and he appreciated the feedback.

    Our server Trey was fantastic and food was great as well as the drinks. Only issue was sitting upstairs in a side room with no view other than the wall wasn’t the best for ambiance. But we will be back, just won’t sit there again.
