   Seated immediately, excellent server(Fernando), food came out on time. Loved my California chicken sandwich. Noise level was good. Party of 5, server very attentive. Overall a great experience.

   The wrong food came out but we did not complain and the server did not even notice. We were ignored a lot and the server, Chase, had a hard time keeping up and aware of drinks getting low or taking payment after the bill was delivered.

   We made an online reservation for 7:30, and our table was ready right at 7:30. Our server was very friendly and efficient, even though he was given multiple tables at once. We think his name was Michael (beard with hair in a ponytail). He made our son feel very special on his birthday. He was an excellent server.

   Service was poor at best. Ordered pizza, came 45 minutes later, and was COLD. So cold that you could hold the pizza pan in your hand and not even have your hand get warm. Server stated that it just came out of the oven.

    My son had the Jambalaya - seems like they just poured spice on top of the plate; Did not look like any Jambalaya we have had elsewhere. I had Garlic roasted vegetables with the Rib-eye; they were very dry and not garlicly. Rib-eye was not the best cut of meat. Service was good and although they offered to redo my son's dinner, he did not want to wait as he was hungry and my wife and I had already been served. Doubt we will return anytime soon

    Covid's over so being out of menu choices seems odd. Maybe cut it down! Have what you offer! Food good, quiet evening but the best part was our server Imani. Super super friendly, made good suggestions, was super patient and fun. Really enjoyed her service.

    The menus were disgusting and sticky with food. They table was dirty upon arrival causing our party to stand in the aisle until cleaned. Special food requests were not completed by the kitchen. Wait staff over allocated, slow to respond or forgot to remove dishes and fill drinks. We love this restaurant, hope they figure it out and make corrections.

    BJs did not have all items available. Missing all dinner salads, and some dinner sandwiches. Claimed it was because of understaffing for father's day weekend. They knew it was coming as it happens every year. Like most chains, over paid execs and underpaid workers. June 2022 Recommended because there are not many alternatives in the Oviedo area.

    Although we had reservations, it took 20 min to sit us at a place that was 30% full. They are under staffed, therefore the servive was very slow. We had to reorder 1 cocktail 2xs....they never used Capt Morgan nor the right mix 1xs.

    Delicious drinks and friendly and sweet waitress but she was not attentive. Asked her for things and she would forget and not come back. She did not check on us and seemed to take a long time to keep checking on us or bring drinks. But she was so sweet. However it made me not want to come back if they would take that long to bring things or forget

    It is pretty dark for dinner. I saw a couple of tables turn on their flashlights on their phones to view the menu. My table had to do the same.

    Our first time here and we were very satisfied overall. The food was generally very good. Everything was delicious that we tried but some things were better than others. The only miss was the guacamole was under seasoned. Service was excellent with Andrew taking care of us. He did a good job helping us as first timers while providing attentive well paced service. The menu selection is large and the prices are reasonable for the quality of food offered. It has an upscale warehouse feel and an energetic vibe with lots of beverage options. And plenty of TVs to catch your favorite game.

    Could not get a place in bar even though we early so we were not entitled to the happy hour. Did not have the calimari so we had to order something else and had a problem getting them to give the pinzookie free even though that was the reason that they promised for signing up… Finally they gave it to me like they were doing me a favor… Poor customer service!

    I made a reservation for Thanksgiving for my family at least a month ahead of time and when we got there it was closed. We were so very disappointed and had a hard time at that late date/time on Thanksgiving to find something else. We were visiting from out of town and were extremely upset at the time. We even got a confirmation the day before confirming our reservations. I understand that it was a holiday but someone should have noticed it and called to let us know.
