   The food took years… and honestly i would have gotten it somewhere else… but the bjs environment is why I returned yet again… great place for those sports guys to tell their girlfriends theyre taking them out… whole time watches sports lol. Make sure you get the mullet kid as your server… i can’t remember his name but he’s new to bjs he was super polite and communicative made up for the food in my opinion.

    Service was slow; we had to actually ask the waiter for service. Food was just okay, but fish was overcooked. I had the Mediterranean chicken tacos which were good.

    Every time I visit BJ’s, it seems as if it’s hours away from going out of business. The (very limited) staff has zero interest in being there, and service is always slow and painful. The food is good, but it’s not always worth the wait or the experience to enjoy.

    Visit here atleast once every visit to orlando. The first visit last trip was a chicken tritip combo. Which was nice the problem was with my started I asked for chicken tenders. My dad got his starter still no sign of mine even after he had finished his. We got our mains and still my starter hadn't arrived. When it arrived at the table it wasn't tenders/strips. But 3 thigh like pieces which were boneless and I have never eaten anything that hot before. They were not hot because they were greasy/covered in oil. But even after cutting into bits still barely edible because they were that hot. The meal was nice and the beer (lightswitch) was really good. The second visit was the half price pizza night and a few beers. The cheese and toppings (meat pizza) Were great the only issue I had with it was not enough marina/sauce on it.

    Party of 5, although 4 out of the 5 meals were excellent I have lowered the food score based on my own meal. I asked if the weekend special Prime Rib was still available and assured it was. However when ordering the waiter had to double check and sadly the last one just went. I had a backup plan of the Rib Eye steak which I order medium. When this arrived it was the driest overcooked flattest piece of meat I have ever had. Tough to cut and even tougher to chew, I had to send it back and turned down a replacement. They did remove this from the check and were sincerely apologetic. Waiter was top class and everything else about the restaurant was great. I would go again but would probably steer clear of the steak! Wife’s peanut chicken was superb. BJ’s please get your steaks in order, for the price it needs to be better.

    The ribs were cold & very tough to eat, monkeybread would have been ok if they had brought it to the table before the ice cream had melted to a vanilla sauce - you used to be our go to place to eat but not now, you need to up your game!……

    What can I say everything went wrong , no cutlery on the table we had to ask after our food came. When it came 3 of the six meals were cold but even luke warm. We sent them back only to be given 4 meals none of which matched our original order, from different sides, to a complete different meal. To make matters worse the food was cold yet again. The food was sent back and the manager or who we now know was the manager came to the table but offered little in the way of a solution especially since he had visited the table after the first time but we weren’t aware he was a manger, instead just asked if everything was ok like a normal waiter. We had the booking booked for 8pm and we arrived at 19:30 early I know but we were told our table wasn’t ready but with the restaurant empty and walk ins being sat down straight away as we heard the conversation from where we were asked to stand, no invitation to sit in the bar and get a drink. We were ushered over to a table that had sat empty since we had arrived. Worst service, food and overall experience we have had in 14 nights of dining, it was truly spectacularly awful.

    Reservation taken on time. Plenty of different good options for even the pickiest eaters. The calamari was my favorite. The cookie dessert was incredible. Service was attentive and efficient.

    Our server, I think her name was Alex, was exceptional. She was pleasant, attentive and professional. I wish more people in the hospitality industry approached their job the way she does. I give her personally an A++ for customer service!!!

    Table booked for 8pm were handed our bill at 8.35 . Server didn’t ask if we wanted a dessert, which we did . Felt rushed . The table next to us were given their main course whilst still eating their starter .
