Called ahead since there would be ten of us with two people celebrating a birthday and everything seemed fine. After being seated there was a miscommunication about my order with no clarification which led to a bit of tension with Izzy (the server). So the salad that I would expect before I had my entree came out after I was done eating. Then I was told to “enjoy”. That experience made me not trust the quality of my salad so I never ate it even though I paid for it. I also was not asked about dessert nor did we didn’t get extra utensils to share with the birthday celebrants. The previous times I’ve dined in were not a problem.

HORRIBLE! Service was poor, the arugula in salad was spoiled, also salad had roots that are not edible!!!! ( I have photos !!! ) , told the server about the salad and he literally just walked away ????, the water cup was broken ( glass was shattered), ordered chicken tenders and chicken was burnt, the burger bun was stale (the bread), drinks were never refilled, asked for one refill and it took 20 minutes and at the point we were done with food . Ordered 2 pizookie with vanilla ice cream, tell me why the ice cream was blue, WHY were we not notified that you were out of vanilla ice cream before bringing the order out!!!!! Server didn’t acknowledge our requests, asked for a side and it was never brought. Table was never cleaned as the food was done. I have never encountered such service and bad food quality before. Absolutely disgusting service.

Appetizers were great. Avocado egg roll wonderful, spinach and artichoke dip great. Main meals not so good. Chicken sandwich, chicken fingers and fries not good. Didn't have pork chops available. And service was very very slow. Went there 830 on a Friday to celebrate my son's graduations. Waitress was not attentive major wait between appetizers, main meal and dessert. Would not go back. Party of 5 spent about 220 plus tip. Will not go back

What happened to my balance on my visa 80 reward card ? I spent half of it here at BJ’s In Jamaica, New York I don’t see it anymore

Me and my friend started off with BBQ wings, chicken stickers, and the margarita flight. Next we got the Bj smokehouse burger and the Kickin Chicken sandwich . everything was so flavorful and cooked well. For dessert we got the pizookie trio. I recommend the strawberry , triple chocolate and then the salted caramel.
