   We made reservations, so we were seated right away. Our drinks were great 👍🏼 our food took a little lo g to come out. But they had a birthday party of 40 people. In the past when we ate there there wasn't a long wait for our food. Once it arrived it was great as usual. I recommend BJs always 😊

   Good choice if going to Cinemark Movies or if just in Towson. Big and varied menu and drink offerings. Parking garage mere steps away, with discount for BJ's customers.

   My sliders were made from a cut up single patty burnt burger. My margarita took 30 minutes to be delivered to the table. Our appetizer was forgotten. It was delivered after our meals came out. Our server was busy with a large party before putting our order in. After tonight's dinner , we won't be back.

   Made a special reservation and the service was HORRIBLE! Ordered drinks and served within a reasonable time. Food was ordered and served over an hour later. Every table that was seated after my party was served, ate, and left before our food was prepared. It was ridiculous!!! Please don’t expect much out of the staff.

   It helped that we made the reservation through Open Table, because they were short-staffed and walk-ins were told they had to wait 30 minutes. Our food was delicious and our server was great even though he had many tables to care for.

    I don't even know where to begin. It was not crowded for sure when we arrived and were seated at our table. We should have known right from the beginning that there were MAJOR issues. They are a brewhouse, right? My husband ordered a beer, and the waiter came back and said they didn't have any. So my husband ordered another one. Guess what, he came back and said they didn't have any (WHAT?!? REALLY?!? at a brewhouse!!!!). Third choice, he finally got a BEER. WOO HOO!! And now on to the food. YIKES. We ordered the loaded nachos - with chicken. Seriously there were 3 (and I am totally serious), 3!!!! ONLY 3 pieces of chicken. This is appetizer. Ok, onto the main dishes that were ordered. 4 out of the 5 of us ordered burgers. How bad can a burger be??? OVER DONE!! The other order was a chicken club. Guess what a BIG piece of hair in the sandwich. REALLY. We told the waiter, he took it away and FINALLY after 15 minutes brought another one. By now that person didn't want to eat anything! And the worst part was they charged us for the f'in sandwich!! NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. WORST PLACE ON EARTH!!!

    Steak had no flavor & very fatty . ( Ribeye) Asparagus seem to be not fresh and cold .

    Came here with friends for dinner on a Friday night. The waiter was super nice and helped my partner pick a good beer since everything he picked was out. The food came quickly and was very good. Had gluten sensitive options as well as a large array of food types from soba noodles to pizza. Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks and had a great time!

    The food was edible but was over cooked. In my opinion, our server was assigned too many tables. It took too long to place and receive our order. We ordered two appetizers. One appetizer sat. The other appetizer was delivered with the meal. The server offered to have it prepared again but we declined. So the quality and value was rated poor. The loudness rating is due to loud youth who could be heard as far as the bar side of the restaurant. I recognize this is a college area, so the main issue is the food being overcooked and the server being assigned too many tables.

    The food was fine and the service was good, but there was a bunch of extra people milling around in the restaurant who weren’t working or eating. There was also an active dice game going on in the men’s bathroom. The management needs to do something about this.

    It was a birthday dinner celebration for my 15 year old. After waiting over 20 minutes, I asked the host who is my server. I was informed that it was the person who kept stand next to our table, but never said anything to us. The bathrooms smelt like sewage and the entire restaurant smelt like gasoline. We were informed that the Gasoline smell was the heat and there was nothing they could do about it. Only one person In our group, enjoyed their food. My 20 year old became ill after eating.

    We ate at BJ's at a time when it was not very busy (a Sunday, 5:30pm arrival). Service was good, but we had to ask for dishes to be cleared, or to get refills of our soft drinks - things I don't expect from a restaurant, especially at this price point. Food was very good - we especially enjoyed the Mozzarella sticks which were nice and crunchy on the outside and pentiful; and the fries were really good as well. Prime Rib was very tender and cooked the way I requested it (medium, which can go either way - this was just right for my taste); the pita bread used for the pita tacos was a little "gummy" in texture, but the filling was excellent (chicken). All of our other food was satisfying and enjoyable.

    Omar was the highlight to our visit. His deep voice was intimidating at first but then when you get to know him a little he's awesome. :) We have been to a few BJ chains in the past and the only thing we ever remember are the desserts. Now we remember why. The food, not just at this location, is very bland. This location also felt very dirty, so much in fact that for the first time ever my wife wanted to get home fast to change out of her clothes' because of it. We will not be returning to any locations, except maybe for a dessert.

    The greeter, waiter, and manager were all very accommodating and apologetic about the limited menu and service shortage on Labor Day. We were celebrating my step-daughter’s 50th birthday, and our waiter was so kind during the candle lit dessert. I appreciate all their efforts and sympathize with their trying to keep customers happy with very limited staff and food.

    The food was amazing. We had a reservation but didn't get seated until 7:40. Say the the table no waitress or anything until my partner spoke to someone. We waited almost 20 mins for drinks. Our end of the day waiter was 10 out of 10 but the rest was terrible. Next time I will do curbside.

    The server Juan was super friendly, super energetic, and super well mannered throughout our meal. He was very attentive and super easy going throughout. If I was to go to back again someday, I will love to have him as my server again; he was top notch.

    Service was meh. There were 4 servers sitting around waiting for tables to be populated. Our server was in charge of the only 2 tables occupied (ours and another) and the WHOLE bar (?). I guess that is a management issue, he tried his best but was stretched thin (inexplicably). I was there with some older people and children without cell phones. The menu is only available via QR code (bc of covid) but come on, keep some paper print outs around instead of making people pass around one phone and dig thru screens for the menu. Sigh.... The food was fine. Burgers were big and juicy. The ice cream pizza trio we got was tasty as were the chicken wings. Would go back again & hope the service issues get worked out after covid.

    Not sure if it's the management or just staffing, but we have just recently had very poor service at BJs. When we arrived for lunch on a Saturday, there was only 1 other table seated. Our "server", never got his name, was absent. We had to ask the other server for refills. Our server kept going into the bar area though no one was seated in that area or was sitting at the bar. We eventually had to call across the restaurant to get his attention. Despite only one other table, our appetizers took 20 minutes to come out. For the classic chicken sandwich, either the bun is too big or chicken filet too small in that it covered only 1/2 of the bun. The chicken pita tacos had barely any chicken in them and they were out of the quinoa side salad. Just a very disappointing visit.
