   Had 630 reservation. Didn’t get seated for 20 minutes. When we were getting ready to be seated we were told you can either sit in lobby area or table but it will be another 10-15 min to be waited on. We sat. Waitress was nice but there was some big back up in the kitchen. We ordered everything all at once because of the waiting. We wanted 2 orders Mac and cheese balls, there were none. Food came out burger was over done food was not at Bjs level. We were disappointed. We ate but it wasn’t very good. Will not be going back to this location

   Food wasn't as good as we had in the past. Bella our Waitress went above and beyond to try and make us happy. Bella is a GREAT WAITRESS, even though she only been a Waitress for 5 months.

   Bathroom floor dangerously slippery and management showed no concern. Just shrugged and said they knew. Accident waiting to happen.

    I went there to have my bday dinner with my family. The food was good & taste. We had to look around for our server. Then the manager came over and took very good care of us. All in all not a bad experience. It’s been along time since we have been to this restaurant. They have a good variety of food to choose from. Love it.

    BJ’s is one of my favorite restaurant chains. This location, however, was a bit crowded in terms of seating, it took a while to get seated even with the reservation, and there were a few mistakes made during the ordering process. However, our waiter was great and made the experience very enjoyable and seamless. I especially liked that I could just pay for the meal on my phone and not have to wait any longer than we already had to.

    Took long time to get drinks no silverware on table, we got some but then had to wait for more to be prepared we got appetizers before drinks or unrealistic. No serving plates given for apps. Then food was just fair lacked taste. Waitress forgot orders and had to be reminded about orders a few times and took a while to return with missing items. Card charged at least 3 different times.

    Seated at 730. Wasn’t greeted until 745. Water didn’t arrive until 755. Pork was dry. Avocado egg rolls came out Burt. Manager didn’t apologize or take ownership. This place has really gone downhill.

    Gluten-free menu was exceptional. They really know what they’re doing. Our waiter, Jeremy, was top-notch and very attentive and friendly. Will be returning the next time we’re in Orlando.

    Had a reservation for 6pm arrived at 540 . Said they would not sit us till our time , no one else was waiting and tables were open . Then a very loud and rude waitress walked by the hostess stand and yelled at her for everyone to hear “ Mitch has 17 tickets stop sitting tables for at least an hour ! Manager finally came out about 605 and got us a table and everything else went well until we ordered . No wings and then there was no crusted Parmigiana Chicken ! That’s unheard of since it’s one of your signature dishes . Our server was great !

    Very disappointed in the meal. I was visiting w friends from out of town and sadly the quality of the food was really dull & lacked flavor. It was on par with a typical cafeteria. Everything tasted very generic like it was previously frozen or just cooked in bulk. I was not at all satisfied after eating and ended up grabbing food elsewhere after dinner.     Seated in the worst place in the restaurant and we had reservations. I understand spacing and short staff, but this made no sense. Our waitress was kind- nothing personal against her. The food was okay, but we were at a table with minimal light by an emergency exit and service door with empty tables all around us and throughout the restaurant. Better seating was available.

    At first I was disappointed- I arrived 10 min early gave my name and was told 20 min wait - which made no sense. However within 5 min I was sat. Waitress was great explained menu - offered suggestions. Food was really good

    Our server only checked on us after the food arrived. It took more than 15 minutes for my husband to get the drink he ordered from the bar. The excuse we were given was that another table was holding up the glasses so the bar had to wait for glasses to be washed. The lemonade tasted like lemon juice that had a hint of sugar, which was not very pleasant. The server Only offered a drink refill when our son asked for more water. A table of 12 was say next to us and we had to endure foul language the entire time. The food was ok at best. Not a pleasant experience.
