We arrived about twenty minutes before the restaurant opened, but the host was gracious and allowed us to sit at a table in the enclosed patio, telling us that we would get no service until the restaurant opened. A bus person did give us water before the restaurant opened, which we didn’t expect. Food was delicious, and staff was super friendly. A great experience.

Everything was great! Ambience is very classy and chic, staff was very polite and on top of their games. We ordered lamb shank, steak et frites, profiterols and creme brulee with a nice bottle of Bordeaux. All the items were top quality. Also chef stopped by our table to ask how we liked it. Definitely will visit again

Bistronomic offers a combination of good French food at reasonable prices and warm atmosphere. In particular, the hostess Laurence is very welcoming and the chef, Martial, is taking great care of his customers. The location is very convenient, close to the center of downtown Chicago. Don't miss it.

This was a wonderful unexpected gem! The food was amazing (try the mushroom ravioli) and our server couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Tucked away in the north Michigan Ave area it was perfect for lunch, but I would return for dinner anytime. I have already mentioned it to friends.

Our food was outstanding. And the service started out as five star. Somewhere once a larger party came in, and our waiter got distracted and busy with that table. We felt a bit forgotten. We would've ordered dessert and coffee but we could see that would've been an incredible wait. The consistency of service must be handled for me to give the restaurant 5 stars.
