Overall, amazing experience. I will be recommending this place to everyone. A little noisy at times but I think because we were a party of two in a sea of parties of 10. Food was incredible and unfortunately left too full to try dessert, so going to have to go back!

Our dinner at Bistro North was fantastic! We enjoyed every part of our fine dining experience in Dillon. Our daughters loved the options on the children’s menu including the specialty drinks. As for the adults, we loved the escargot and calamari for appetizers, as well as the pine nut encrusted salmon which was so flavorful and prepared with a delicious sauce! I loved my crime of passion martini; the drink was exquisite! Bistro North’s house limoncello was phenomenal as well. Last, our sever Brittany (hope I spelled her name correctly) was so friendly, accommodating and made our dinner a wonderful experience.

This was our first trip to Bistro North, I'm sure it won't be our last. Our server, Hank, was excellent! His knowledge of the menu as well as the wine & cocktails was impressive. The food was very good. We were told this establishment is farm to table, that is always appreciated and in it is reflected in the menu items. This is not your average eatery!

We were very disappointed in the quality of food and drink compared to the price. The waitress also messed up the salad orders and we had an extra one because of that. They charged us for their own mistake. We also noticed that they took the dessert off the bill, so we didn’t say anything about the mistake, but then they come back with the additional, separate bill. I do not recommend the espresso martini and the food and drink were very overpriced in my opinion

This is our favorite restaurant in Summit County! Everything is always great. We had the crab special, snapper special a bottle of wine, Caesar salad and bread. They always seat you at the time of your reservation. Outstanding service, ambiance and great views 🥰

Cody is one of my favorite servers! He remembers that I like extra olives in my Dirty Jalapeno martini and is always the right level of engaging during service, reading the the needs of the table. Bistro North is the only restaurant in Silverthorne that I take visiting guests for a memorable meal!

We were seated promptly for our reservation, and had a table with a lovely view of the mountains. Our reservation was for 5:30 so the restaurant was not yet busy, though it filled up by the time we finished dinner. We started with salads. I had the Caesar salad and my spouse had the house salad. Very fresh and delicious! Then he had the Scottish salmon and I had the braised buffalo short ribs. Both delicious! The sides were great as well. Mine had cauliflower purée and spaetzle. We had very good glasses of wine. Highly recommended!

Amazing food!! So glad we tried it and was pleasantly surprised. Nice remodel of an older chain restaurant that was previously in that location. We Ordered the Pork chops, shrimp and sausage penne dish and carrot cake for dessert. We will be back!
