   We went for the brunch menu. The blonde had the brunch shwarma - really nice & very enjoyable. I had the chicken pancake stack. Tasty but..... there's a lot of it. I wasn't expecting the pancakes to be quite so large & dense (there were 3). I obviously didn't know what I was ordering - I was expecting the pancakes to be "scotch" pancake size. The could have been half the thickness. They were good to eat but, for me, 3 was too many. A shame to leave some. The service was excellent and the atmosphere great - just what you want at the weekend. I'd recommend it and I'd go again but probably choose a different option.

   We came for brunch on a busy Saturday and our server Issy was fantastic. The buttermilk pancakes were so tasty and the drinks nicely presented. We were sat somewhere with space for our dog and he was given a bowl of water. The staff ate very friendly and welcoming when we were delayed getting to our booking by 10 minutes due to the weather. Definitely recommended!

   Haven’t eaten at Bill’s for some time and was pleasantly surprised. The only disappointment was having to ask to remove the service charge as it wouldn’t have gone to our lovely waitress!

    I have previously ordered Caesar salad in Brighton Bills which I have enjoyed. Last night it was poor - no anchovies , Parmesan and it was a svery small portion. I also think the chicken may have been defrosted or heated in the microwave.

    I went there twice, both for lunch only with my boyfriend and for brunch with my boyfriend and two friends. In both cases we appreciated the service and the food, but also the kindness of the waiters in keeping our big luggage. I totally recommend and I think I will be back there once again in Brighton

    We was waiting about 45 minutes for any of our food to come out. I’m all fairness they did take off the cost of our started. Which had to come out with the main due to their error. However I think it’s a bit pricey for the quantity you get, the food is okay. Steak was good however chips lacked anything. Drinks were expensive for a small amount and kinda regretting booking this for Valentine’s Day

    The service was good but our expectations of the food were higher. We ordered a chicken main, but this was not up to scratch and the waitress helped with a replacement main (burger). The mini doughnuts as desert would have been even better if they had been freshly made.

    Another superb visit to Bills in Brighton.. it’s an absolute pleasure to come to Brighton and have a relaxing breakfast. We’ve never had a bad experience with anything. Food is superb, service, staff and customer care is even better. It has to be said that Tosh is the Star of the show and is a big part of the reason we keep coming back.     We had a lovely lunch, but even though our waiter was friendly he could not help me when I asked if there was a dressing on my salad also my daughter wanted the cheese fondue on the side of her burger and he did not think this was possible, the main thing that marred the whole experience though was the constant draft from the door being open and shut and people queueing out the door with the door open, there is a curtain there but it was not in use, we were not even as close to the door as you could get either!
