   Was taken aback by the waiter handing us the bottle of wine and opener and was told open our own because the bartender didn’t. Took a hour and half to have a pizza for dinner.

   It was about what I would expect from a restaurant chain. Everything was fine, although the service was notably slow and I felt like the food was overpriced (although everything's inflated right now, so I don't hold that against the restaurant--the portions were large).

   The bathrooms are dirty so that is an indication that other things are dirty....including the kitchen. We do like to dine here but the bathroom thing is a showstopper for my wife. Sorry.

   Sadly, this location just has never rebounded from Covid. We sat for 45 minutes without one person checking on us. You cannot blame it on the hard workers.

    Reagan was our server and she did an excellent job of accommodating my friend’s dietary restrictions and providing us with a very enjoyable evening. She was kind, hospitable, and very pleasant to talk to. Five stars!

    Our server Megan was amazing! She was friendly, prompt, and checked on us several times during the evening. The reservations were a great time saver and they honored my request not to be too close to the restrooms. Next time, we hope to get Megan as our server!

    Waited about 45 minutes for our food, waiter kept saying it was super busy because it was mother's day ... But there were only 10 tables with people and no big parties while we were there. And they weren't all at the same point in their meal either, so I'm not sure what slow would be? Maybe they can only handle 2 tables at a time in the kitchen???

    Food was good. Prepared a dish not on menu but used to be. A favorite. Chicken Maria. Server Rick was great and is always exceptional. Very attentive and friendly.

    Made reservations for 3. Arrived, we were first in line. Waited almost 10 minutes before anyone even greeted us. Then someone came out of back said “let me find you a table”. The place only had 3-4 tables with people. Everything else was empty. We waited another 8-10 minutes, she was in the take out area entire time. Finally we said, cancel our reservation, she said “whatever.”. As we were walking out, two other couples also left because they were behind us entire time and figured if it takes 20 minute for a table, food might take an hour. Horrible customer service. There didn’t appear to be any manager, saw two waitresses and the person in black jacket who greeted us and seemed more interested in take out area then seating anyone.

    our first indoor dining after the quarantine began to lift. Bertuccis was son's choice. It was not bad.... Actually they did a good job. It was bertucci's... I would go again.

    I’ve been here for lunch and dinner service now. The food is good but they don’t know what they’re doing in terms of quickly seating tables and efficiently getting drinks done quickly and food out in the correct order (pizza came and we had to ask for our salads). Walked in on V Day and there were probably 20 open tables but they were saying 45 min wait. People were walking out...I went on open table and made a res and was sat immediately. I’ve been in the service industry and could see so many areas for quick immediate improvement.

    I sat at the bar and Tracy was my server and bartender she was friendly, and generous giving me a taste of the 14 hands Merlot wineI asked about, but I went with the Chanti wine instead. The manager that was on duty ( I eventually was told her name was Maria), should smile a lot more and be happy as well as come out to see the customers.

    Overall we had a nice time celebrating our Mom’s birthday. Surprisingly the food was exceptionally good! I hadn’t been here in quite some time and all 4 of us ordered a different pasta dish and all 4 dishes came out piping hot, flavorful and delicious! The sauces for each dish were expertly crafted and I was pleasantly surprised for what I thought was just a pizza place. I had risotto with shrimp and the pasta was not over- or undercooked. Same with my moms rigatoni and my sister penne pasta. Each sauce was unique and applied generously. I wish they had cocktails specials as we all would have tried something unique. I could only give 4 stars because the server let our drinks run dry until we had to ask her a couple of times for soda refills. I’ll come back again, though!

    Sauce was watery. Food was “microwave” hot. Fried Mozzarella was soggy and greasy. I’ve been there three or four times in the last six months. This is probably my last time, especially if I’m going to have to overpay for food. We used to go there quite often, but not so much anymore.

    Our server, Bryon, was fantastic. The rest of the staff looked miserable and several staff members were mumbling things under their breath while bringing food to customers and bussing tables. The restaurant seemed very chaotic, more so than one would expect on a Friday evening.

    Very disappointed in my dining experience. 1) My wife ordered Ravioli and they were dry. There was virtually no sauce on them. I do no think there was more than a table spoon of sauce for the entire dish. 2) I ordered chicken Marsala and the Marsala sauce tasted heavy/pastey as if flower had been added to thicken it up. My chicken plate came with roasted potatoes as a side dish. really? At an Italian restaurant I expect pasta as my side Not roasted potatoes. If I wanted roasted potatoes, I would have gone to my local diner. 3) We often frequent Bertucci’s for lunch and they serve Salad, family style with the meal. We expected the same salad service for dinner. We were extremely disappointed when we were advised that the salad is no longer served as part of the dinner. I was not a happy camper. It set the wrong tone for the rest of the dinner. 4) the service staff was shorthanded. For a Saturday night, one would expect an appropriate level of staffing. The restaurant did not appear to be adequately staffed. Our server was very good. she singlehandedly serve our section which included two tables with large parties. Normally two servers would be in that size section. She took the orders, delivered the drinks and food and cleaned tables when customers departed. Observing how she hustled from table-to-table that my wife and I refrained from ordering more drinks. Kudos to her. She was very organized and did her best to keep patrons satisfied.

    Our server was so sweet, and very responsive to our needs. Food was good, we all got out usuals. However, a large amount of dirty tables open, with a wait at the door. Clearly understaffed, which isn’t a good look. Also, the AC unit leaked on our table almost the entire visit. But I’m sure we’ll be back.

    Bertucci’s has always been a favorite of ours. However, our location has had issues for years with staffing. It had gotten better recently, but on Sunday evening, we waited a long time for our entrees. During that time, no one refilled our drinks or brought additional bread, nor was any apology offered. We weren’t in a hurry so it didn’t matter but had we been going to a movie, we wouldn’t have made it. I realize it’s difficult to find help but this appears to be an ongoing issue.

    Our waitress, Mackenzie, was excellent! We had a group of seven, arriving in two, three, and two in minutes of each other. She was right there getting drink orders and asking about appetizers. Mackenzie checked with us periodically to see if there was anything we needed and/or refilling drinks. The food arrived quickly, a pizza and five entrees, and all was hot. There were just two tiny issues that were disappointing, both were on our part. One ordered the eggplant parmigiana and thought it came with pasta, not broccoli. The other was disappointed that the broccoli wasn't more tender. Overall, the food was very good, and enjoyed by all!

    I made a 12:30 PM reservation for 6 persons. It was intended to be a farewell for one of our admin staff, and I clearly indicated as such upon arrival. At that time of the day, I assumed that with a reservation, it would not be a problem to get a table within a timely manner. Instead, we waited 20 minutes to be seated, and we were then seated in the middle of the very busy and noisy main dining area. It was so loud that we nearly had to be shout to be heard by those seated next to us. The food, as always, was good, and the server was helpful and courteous and did a good job of keeping track of our orders. I would certainly not hesitate to return to this location as long as it is for a personal occasion with a group of no bigger than 2-4. For a bit more formal business-type meeting--not so much. Note that the larger private meeting room was available at the time of our arrival, with settings for 6 persons already laid out, and the room remained empty the entire time we were in the restaurant. In fact, I assumed on arrival that the table had been set for us.
