Bentley Restaurant + Bar was established in 2006 by Chef Brent Savage and Sommelier Nick Hildebrandt.
2013 saw the Bentley move from its original home in Surry Hills to a bigger, grander space at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Sydney’s CBD.
Our menu features full a-la-carte, tasting menus and a tasty bar menu should you want to come in for a pre-theatre bite and a drink.
We also have private dining areas which include AV facilities to cater for functions, events and presentations.

The Bentley features a beautiful private dining area where we can cater for up to 70 guests. Fully equipped with an AV system, a digital projector is available at all times to ensure any presentations look their best. Access to a specially catered menu is also available, as well as wines tailored to your meal.For bigger functions, the entire restaurant floor can be booked where we can cater for up to 100 guests seated, or 150 standing for cocktail functions.Our chefs ensure that all our functions are treated with the same care and attention to detail as our casual diners with set-menu choices for large groups and functions reflecting seasonal choices and the best of what the Bentley has to offer.

Not my favourite degustation menu, too many seafood dishes. $400 for dinner and some drinks. I was expected to be wowed. The desserts were a real let down. I felt sick after the meal.

We attended the Massena Wine Dinner at the Bentley and had a brilliant time. The winemaker spoke about the wines, then we enjoyed a selection of Massena's wines with a four course meal. It was amazing food (and they catered beautifully for vegetarians) and great wine.

We went to the Massena Wine Dinner at the Bentley Restaurant. The food was quite good and was well suited to the paired wines. The food flavours and the wines certainly complimented each other. A down side to the evening: the staff had to be asked each and every time for a top up of wine. There were plenty of open bottles one third to a half full sitting on the table that were not being poured. A cynic might say this was deliberate for an end of the evening staff drink.

Lovely restaurant - ideal for special occasions or Roma tic dinners. Food presentation was of a very high standard. Only criticism was my beef had some gristle in it which was disappointing. Otherwise a great meal

Excellent, creative food. We (couple for lunch) had oysters, bread, marron, wagyu & smoked pork, pumpkin sorbet & ??; wines by the glass - fizz, white, red & desert; coffee. All good choices. Oysters were are the smalll side. Wines should be 150ml not 120.

We were given a gift certificate for Bentley for Christmas and finally on a trip to Sydney we had a chance to use it. The fresh bread and black sesame butter was to die for as was the Olive Oil Icecream with pineapple beer. The atmosphere is very broody and the service excellent. A perfect venue for a very special occassion as the main meal costs were a little higher than we are used to. The food tasted devine. A very enjoyable evening was had by all.
