   The food and ambience was perfect for our date night away. We loved sitting in the quiet/quaint room in the back of the restaurant. We both ordered the catch of the day and it was out of this world. We love Becca and the Cavalier Hotel!

   Actual flat design plates were awful and small, clearly smaller portions and food tended to slide off, observed servers had difficulty holding on to them. French fries were way too salty and burned. House tea was too strong, not the normal black tea you used to serve. Seems like new chefs, not the quality of food we are used to at Becca’s. Wait was 45 minutes. Server Michelle was awesome bright spot. Overall disappointing visit.

   Wonderful experience. Only downside was a large group that raised the noise level, but only a minor annoyance. A bit of sound absorption on the patio would be nice.

   We came for our Anniversary dinner and sat out in the inner porch section. Very nice ambience and not too loud. Chad was our waiter and he was fantastic. We have diet restrictions and he made sure we got what we needed. Wry friendly and attentive to our table. We look forward to coming again !

   Terrible service …. We waited for 45 mins before we even ordered our food while every one else sat after us got the food before us and left for us. When we received the food it was unsavory and cold . I has highly disappointed we sat at 8:30 didn’t get out food until After 10

   Becca is great in every way, is near where we live, and one of our "go to" restaurants in Virginia Beach. The setting is magnificent; the food is wonderful and creative; the service is great; and the ambience is the best, especially for a good conversation.

    We have never had a bad experience at Becca’s. The atmosphere is relaxing. The service is attentive and professional in every way. The food is always well prepared and delicious. The drink, appetizer, salad and entree selections has something for every taste. If you are looking for an evening of fine dining in Virginia Beach, Becca’s should be on your short list.

    Tiny portion that was very expensive. Hated to pay $8 for valet parking (included tip) to eat lunch there. There’s no other parking option so you’re stuck using it.

    I’m sure it is excellent for most but not a spot for vegetarians. The main entree with tofu had no flavor at all. The funnel onion bread was amazing and the heirloom buratta salad were very good. The salmon entree could have used some salt as well.

    My wife's food was fine.My on the other hand was poor. The Chef ruined(in myopinion) a good piece of Halibut with excessive salt and especially pepper. They did take 50% of it off my bill. StillI don't need my food sohighly seasoned.

    Chose Becca for a bday luncheon--was the perfect spot!! Would def go there again and would bring another set of girlfriends next time so they could be spoiled as were we. No detail left to chance and the waitstaff was energetic and accommodating--Bravo--Five thumbs up from my clan!

    Jeremy is an outstanding server—always brings us a warm welcome, and is so helpful, smart and efficient. Also: the new lunch menu (created by the new chef) is OUTSTANDING. And that goes for the breakfast menu, too. The last time we stayed at the Cavalier, we were pretty discouraged by Becca’s offerings, but the changes you’ve made are outstanding.     We were installed near the bar, really noisy place at 8:30PM… when I asked for another table far from the bar, the person said that there isn’t because some places are closed… but there were other tables far from the bar, free of people… the place was not full but we waited a lot of time our hamburgers… hopefully, the food is always excellent!

    Waitress very nice and surroundings were nice. Food was good as always and presented very nice. Prices are on the higher level but it is what it is. Really enjoy Becca and Hunt Room. Really disappointed they decided to charge to park just to have a meal. Understand a lot of Overnight Establishments are doing this for overnight guest but not just to have, Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.

    Normally the food is hot and fresh. My she crab soup was Luke warm, the fries were cold and the chicken avocado was bread was soggy. Flies were everywhere, heavy dust in the garden area.

    Took over a hour a half for the entire table to get all there drinks, my wife had cork pieces in her wine, the she crap soup came cold. The main course meals were mediocre at best. Very expensive for a very, very poor dining experience. Do not recommend.

    We waited probably 30 minutes for our food after a lengthy process before that. And when our food arrived, one order was completely wrong. We ordered the BLT and got a benedict. The waiter apologized but we didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes for the right order. He didn’t offer to take it off the check or even a discount.

    Loved sitting outside. It was beautiful in the morning. Service was pleasant but the wait time between them checking in was a little long. It took a while to receive our food. The potatoes that came with the Egg Benedict were amazing. Seasoned perfectly with diced pepper paired perfectly. The muffins,for the Benedict, were tough and hard to cut through but tasted delicious. The fresh fruit was fresh and sweet. Overall it was a great experience and my daughter loved it. We will be back.
