Food was comfort and love!
The filet mignon pot roast was food. Brussel sprouts were great. Enjoyed the Pinot Grigio as well.
Had the best brunch here with my girlfriends. Definitely worth a try if your in Chicago
The food and ambiance were spectacular! It was the perfect place to spend a Sunday brunch catching up with friends.
Yesterday was below average experience. The service was slow and not very attentive. Portion of potatoes was smaller than usual and burnt. Waiter nowhere to be found.
A great, healthy dinner served by knowledgeable and engaged staff. Everything we ate was incredible and the restaurant “vibe” was great.
great food, great cocktails, great service. solid brunch choice in Fulton
We were there Saturday at 10:30. Our waitress was fantastic. (Wish I could remember her name!) Her recommendations were spot on - honey cinnamon latte, quinoa cakes, chicken tinga, baked goods. We will be back!!
Great environment for a date, or a night out on the town.
The valet parking & hostess were very nice. We were seated within 5 mins after arriving. Our waitress was friendly & prompt to take our order, but never came back after that to check on us. I had to ask 2 different servers near Our table for refills & condiments. I couldn’t flag her down even while she was just talking to the hostess. I didn’t like the service, but the food is great & so is their coffee, so I will still go again. Hopefully the service is better next time.
Wonderful as always! The chicken tikka is outstanding.
Very good service for allergy needs. Beyond that, great food too.
The food at Beatrix is always reliably excellent! I have been to the restaurant in Fulton many times and everything from drinks to dessert always add to the enjoyment of my evenings out. Great restaurant, great location!
Food and service were delicious. Great atmosphere and quiet between breakfast and lunch servings.
We had brunch here on a Sunday, service was excellent as was the food. I had the egg white omelet it was perfect, flavorful and I left full but not stuffed ! I Loved the turmeric tea as well ! Definitely will go back
I frequent Beatrix Market during the work week for a quick lunches so I was excited to finally try the weekend brunch at Beatrix that I kept hearing about. I had an 11:30am reservation for 8 people and our entire party arrived by 11:25am. I checked us in and was told it would just be a few minutes, they were clearing our table. 11:40 am, I check in with the host again received an eye roll and was again told they were clearing the table and it would be just a few more minutes. Mind you I could see that there were 3-4 people from the previous party still lingering at our table. 11:50am, I check in again to ask the status. Different host this time, same curt reply - we're clearing your table (the previous party had finaly left but the table sat uncleared for 10+minutes). We were finally seated at 12pm and at this point we were really pressed for time as we had tickets to an event at 1:30. Our waiter was very kind and helpful but the kitchen didn't help him, several things were not cooked as requested but again we were pressed for time and had to let it slide but one dish, a burger, was so undercooked it could not be eaten. Our waiter was very apologetic and immediately took it back to the kitchen but they had to make another burger. It needed to be taken to go because it wasn't ready until 1:15. Overall, the waiter was very nice and did the best he could. The food was okay. I recognize that had somewhere to be after this but I allowed 2 hours for the meal and had we been seated at our reservation time or even close to it we would've had more than enough time but that was not the case and unfortunately one of our guests couldn't enjoy their meal with us. She was not offered a discount or meal comp for the trouble either. The hosts and hostesses could use some customer service training.
great place , with lots of options , get atmosphere
limited menu but items on the menu were tasty. Wine bottles are priced higher than normal
I’ve been to the river north location before and really enjoyed my brunch experience. This location however left a lot to be desired. Our waitress was excellent. She was very attentive and allowed us time to finish our meal and drinks without making us feel rushed. Unfortunately the food was just ok and the table was a bit dirty. Also the water had a chlorine smell to it that left it undrinkable. Lastly there is no clear waiting area so we had to keep shuffling around to allow people to pass by while arriving or leaving. It wasn’t the worst by any means, it just wasn’t the best brunch experience and a clear difference in experience from the rivier north location.
Great customer service from host Jared!
Good healthy option for a working lunch in Fulton Market.
I love Beatrix. It will always be one of my top go to spots for really any occasion. Love the food, atmosphere, and the staff are always phenomenal. I recommend to all my friends.
Great other than it’s too loud for a group to have a conversation- fine for smaller parties
Brussel sprouts were amazing! Service was excellent. Enjoyed my salad
Always very good food served correctly.
Interesting wine & cocktail list.
The Turkey Neat Loaf is great.
We had brunch on a snowy Sunday - definitely started filling up by 9:00. Service was wonderful, and the food was delicious - ranging from egg white omelette to cauliflower grits to breakfast enchiladas - all of us cleaned our plates.
Our experience here was mixed. The restaurant has a nice ambiance, and the cocktails, appetizers, and desserts were fantastic. Our entrees were nothing amazing. The service was okay, one persons entree came out almost 15 minutes after the rest, so the food was not as warm by the time we ate.
They sat us next to the kitchen. Other than that, the food was great.
Beatrix is modern and cozy all at the same time. Great food great atmosphere, and a special place!
Service was amazing, drinks were fresh, food looked just like pictures online. Nice healthy and delicious menu options. Will definitely be coming back!
I think it was a great restaurant, and the cocktails were fantastic. I would just like to try going back on a different night from Valentine's Day, which I think really changes the type of service/food quality that you're going to get, just based on how busy they are.
I specifically requested a special occasion anniversary date night but was seated next to a cooler and in uncomfortable hard chairs and a two person table that was quite wobbly.. They did not acknowledge our anniversary. It was busy and loud. Plates sat uncollected for far too long. The waygu pot roast and chimichurri skirt steak was delicious but the fact that I reserved in advance and put my comments on the reservation but was treated like a regular day made for a blah experience. Sad cause the food was so good but we won't be back. And valet was 15 bucks but took 15 minutes to get your car back. Should have saved the 90 bucks and went back to Ditka.
Absolutely enjoyed our late lunch experience! My husband and I look forward to making this place a meeting/dining place more than twice a year!
Steak came out cold and rare not medium. Then took 20 minutes to get another one. Server was non-existent
Everything went smoothly, we ordered our food, and our appetizer arrived hot and in a timely manner. However, after finishing the appetizer, our table was cleared and we waited another 15-20 minutes before our entrees arrived. Upon arrival, one entree was hot, but the other had lukewarm/cold French fries... and the skirt steak appeared to be missing its chimichurri sauce (which is normally bright green and hard to miss). The seabass only had small bits of fennel bulb floating in the broth, which seemed very scant at best. We had to ask for our check when the entrees arrived, because we were on our way to wndr museum with timed tickets. Disappointing overall, and we won't be back considering all the other restaurant options in the area. As an aside, the pricing on the menu jumped out at me-- it's unusual to see dollars + cents pricing (i.e. $32.95 instead of $33). It's not fast food.
Even though we had a reservation, waited 15 to 20 minutes. I believe they seated too many without reservations.
Great brunch. Wish there were a few more salad options. The salmon on the salad was great. Everyone was happy with their meals and dessert!
