Exceptional experience! Kelsey was a superb server. Our group sat there way too long and no one complained, nor ran us out even while we sat there 20 minutes after closing! (Apologies for that)

I went with my mom for Mother’s Day. We sat outside because it was such a gorgeous day. The service was great and our food was delicious. We got shrimp and grits , the classic omelette, and bloody Mary’s. Everything was really good. We will definitely be coming back!

We were there on Graduation night so it was a bit crazy. But in a good way with lots of energy and joy. Had the shrimp and scallop linguine, and the lobster Mac n cheese. Both were good and the portions generous. Our server was great. Would go back again for sure. Only challenge was parking - had to do a few laps to find a spot on the street

The tuna app was truly terrible. They need to take it off the menu. Tuna is tough and so fishy tasting/smelling, like you can just tell after a quick sniff that's it's not good. Based on all the dishes I tried tonight the pasta was ok.

We had a larger party. The waitress was very accommodating and did not skip a beat. The chicken and waffles was a huge hit! I would pass on the shrimp grits not a fan favorite. The drinks were delicious …. Special shout out to the solito mule!

Definitely busy on a Friday night. The brussel sprouts were fantastic, the fish tacos were also great. ahi tacos were good, but the fish tacos were better! The cocktails were great, but it did take an extended amount of time to get one. I made a reservation for my wife and I a few days ahead of time and even confirmed the reservation, so we were a little disappointedto not get a better seat. Especially since some of the nicer window tables remained open for the entirety of our dinner. Our server seem to have a large section, but she actually did a great job. On Friday night, definitely a loud restaurant, so be expecting the noise level. We would probably go back for lunch next time.

The initial experience was positive — good drinks, good service, good ambience. Unfortunately there seemed to be an issue in the kitchen. Three dishes came out undercooked — Brussels sprouts, shishito peppers, and the onions and squash toppings for pizza. Hopefully it was just an off night.

Salmon was not great. Overcooked and bland, as was the asparagus. Mashed potatoes were okay, but entire entree arrived swimming in a layer of soupy, flavorless sauce. Unimpressed and it was an expensive dish! Servers were lovely but I don't think I'll dine here again.

It’s a great place for a large group. Lots of tables and the restaurant is spread out. The food and drinks were good. The service was good as the waiter was attentive, but I will complain about the end of the night when he walked up to the table and stated what the total bill was, and then was going to take the card to put through on the tablet. It was awkward to have him announce the total when one person was paying for everyone else.

Bar Solita is always a good time! Enjoy the cool vibe and yummy eats. This time everyone in the group ordered one of the taco entrees and pizza. All of the dishes came out hot and delicious. Recommend this place for a lively dining experience!

Our waiter was friendly and gave useful tips for ordering. Didn’t like the table side handling of the bill. He told us a price without giving us a receipt or anything to check and make sure the tab was correct. Pretty sure they overcharged us and no way to tell what bill was before tip?! Should have spoken up but it was awkward. Ambience was nice but too loud and slightly chilly and chairs not comfortable at all. Solita mule and the Manhattan were well made. Bruschetta was delicious as well as the capicola and arugula pizza. Mahi was slightly fishy but mango salsa was fresh and tasty.

Great place for drinks and a bite to eat. We were here for Restaurant Week and were disappointed in the quality of the food. The tofu in chili sauce was good in the first few bites but as it cooled it just got dry and not as tasty. The rice with the fish was very dry. My friend had the t-bone off the menu and it was very thin and a bit tough. Great ambiance and a fun place to be.

Family grabbed brunch before a 1pm show at Altria theater. Food was delicious, with lots of choices. Service was great and we loved city-watching from the big windows. Easy walking distance from Altria and pace for eating was less than 1.5hrs, getting us to the show on time!

Food was great but service was rough The good: Chicken biscuit was excellent. The breakfast pizza and the chimichanga were great, too. The Bad: Our server was pretty bad. Long wait to be greeted and long gaps between visits, forgotten items, and their unfriendly demeanor took away from the experience. Also, the restaurant needs a deep clean. The wall along the booths was filthy and obviously had been that way for a while. It was sad to see such a gorgeous space being neglected.

We love eating at Bar Solita. Usually, it's 100%. I guess every restaurant has an off day. Was disappointed in my dish BUT everyone else loved theirs. Our drinks did not get refilled (was so thirsty) and it took forever to get our check.

The spicy biscuits and gravy were delicious — also comes with your choice of eggs. I got sunny side up. There scrambled eggs tasted like powdered eggs (texture always gives that away). This was not the only restaurant in the area that used weird tasting powdered eggs. I would go back but I don’t recommend their scrambled eggs.

I have been here before but was disappointed last night. The pizza ovens were broken, there were food items that were not available and the food was just okay when it came out. I doubt my family will ever want to go again.

Unfortunately the pizza oven was broken the night we were there which was a bummer since we were there with picky kids. Some of the food was exceptional (cauliflower tacos) and other food was unexpected (other tacos were fried?). Downstairs is gorgeous. Upstairs is only ok. Waitress was great and make good recommendations.

I had the old bay Cajun biscuit with house potatoes. Chicken was seasoned well, however too much breading. Had more breading than actual chicken. House potatoes were very good. My friends and I split the “shareable cinnamon roll”, it was fresh and light not too sweet. Ambiance and service was great. Would come back again !
