We were disappointed with our experience last night during our second visit here. We loved this place the first time we visited because the food was excellent. Unfortunately, last night’s experience was completely different. We ordered the same dish as last time, the Beef Tagliata. The waiter asked how we wanted our beef cooked, and my husband clearly requested medium—not medium-well or well-done. When our Beef Tagliata arrived, my husband could immediately tell that the beef was overcooked and well-done, so he didn’t even touch it. The sides were also extremely salty. I tried two slices of my beef, but it was very disappointing. The meat was tough, hard, and salty. The sides were also burnt. My husband was disappointed and upset because I chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday dinner. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a special celebration turned into a very disappointing dining experience. We expected the same great food we enjoyed during our first visit, but sadly, that wasn’t the case. At this point, we’re not sure if we want to come back. This restaurant is such a beautiful place, and we genuinely love it. It’s just disappointing that our second visit didn’t meet our expectations, especially after having such a wonderful experience the first time.

What a delightful experience! Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and you could truly appreciate the quality and care that went into preparing each dish, especially the delicious sauces made from scratch. The portions were generous, the ambiance was inviting, and the staff was courteous and welcoming. Visiting on Halloween made the experience even more enjoyable, as the staff dressed up and brought a fun, festive spirit to the restaurant. Great food, wonderful atmosphere, and excellent hospitality. Definitely a place worth visiting again!

I asked for a Rye Tai, was told no Rye. Then wanted the special cider cocktail, was told “we’re out of”. Then asked for special margarita, had one, went to ask for another. Was told “we’re out of”.

Service was great, until close to closing. We definitely felt pushed out, and still had half a bottle of wine to finish. Ordered the special lobster pasta, and there were maybe 2.5 small pieces of lobster. They were also out of multiple things.

The effort was there, kitchen fell down when sending out too well done veal saltimboca breading bordering on burnt, and no evidence of prosciutto.TO managements credit they apologized and removed cost from bill. I applaud them for that
