It was a horrible experience . I had a reservation at 10:30pm and they made me wait with my guests until 11:15pm by the door . And they let in people they know clearly ahead of us and the rest waiting for a table although we have a reservation ! Why do they take reservations in the first place if they can’t provide the service at the right time , delay is accepted and it’s normal specially on weekends but not for 45 minutes specially when it’s late because you won’t have any other options without pre booking a reservation . I cancelled and left by the door at 11:15pm and wouldn’t go back and will make sure that everyone knows about this so they won’t get their plans ruined with their guests on a Saturday night .
