Wonderful experience. We were able to have great food and great cocktails outside for an affordable price. Servers were very attentive. My friends and I will definitely be back. Don’t miss this little gem on South Union Avenue.
Never a bad time at Bacari! The food, drinks, and atmosphere are amazing! Great vibe!
Great service! Great food
Great food, very friendly and prompt service, and a super fun spot to get together and share small plates. Definitely will return!
Great food & service. Awesome overall experience!
I usually love the Bacari chain; however, the experience at this location was terrible. The service was horrendous and the food took forever, despite it not even being very crowded when we were there. The waitress was very rude and every time we would ask about the status of a plate or drink, she would just tell us it’s coming. I would not come back here again.
Great food and strong drinks. Perfect USC get together location. Service is always great!
The service was great! Micheal and Layla were amazing servers and accommodated us well. Will be coming back!
Disappointed in the service. I had verified the drink special before I ordered (BOGO). Then after waiting a considerably long time when our meal was finished and our drinks were empty, my boyfriend went up to the bar to ask for boxes to go and remind them I should have another drink coming. A different waitress came and said even though the menus said it was BOGO night and it was verified with the earlier waitress, it was not the special and the earlier waitress was new and wrong. She refused to honor what was written on their menus and what was told to me earlier when I first ordered the drinks.
Between the long wait after we were eating and then the switch up of the deal, it became a disappointing dinner.
Other than that, the food was very good.
The food didn't come out in a timely fashion. We would get one tapa at a time to share between 2 ppl, but if you know anything about tapas, the portions are so small the food gets eaten in about 3 bites. We had to wait a good 10-15 mins before we got our next 3bites each. I never got the gnocchi I ordered and we almost didn't get the dessert we ordered. After sitting there for 2 full hours to not get all of my food and to get it so spread out, I was miserable the whole meal. I will not return to this restaurant.
Service was not as expected. It took quite some time to have someone take our order and the food for the person with me was significantly delayed. I recommend limiting the number of patrons to more effectively serve customers.
We saw this restaurant in Dine LA. We were not disappointed. Loved the atmosphere. Loved the food. Loved the drink menus and the service was impeccable. We will be returning. Our server was Hazel. She was right on professional and down to earth at the same time.
We waited for over an hour for our food to come out after ordering. The people we were dining with ended up leaving before getting their Dine LA desserts because everything took so long. Disappointing experience, especially after we had such a pleasant experience at Bacari in West LA.
Good food, but wasn't aware that it was a tapas-style restaurant, so we were caught by surprise due to the small size of the plates; however, it was good food and one of our items was comped once by companion complained to the waiter about the portions, which was a very kind gesture.
My boyfriend and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary here because it is one of our go to date spots (I love anything tapas style). From the moment we walked in everyone made us feel so special. They brought complementary glasses of champagne while we looked over the menu and brought us some delicious bread pudding to wrap up the meal. They also had a 20+ person party and were still so attentive and friendly to all the other guests. This is truly my favorite Bacari location. Thank you guys so much for contributing to such a beautiful day. We will, as always, be back.
I go there semi-frequently and it’s been great
The service was good. I did not realize the kitchen closed close to our seating time. If I had known that I would have made different plans
for our group of 14, we were witted outside towards the back, but we still had excellent service. The food was a bit underwhelming in portion prices considering the prices, but is understandable considering it’s supposed to be “tapa style”. Bacari W Adams was one of the only restaurants that was able to accommodate our large group with a reservation and without forcing a fixed menu onto our group. Would definitely go again!
The food was mediocre. I ordered the lobster spaghetti, truffle fries, and mezcal and tequila drinks. The lobster was rubbery and the noodles were over cooked. It was seasoned well though. The fries were the best thing about my meal. My drinks were tasty but i didn’t taste or feel the liquor at all. Overpriced experience but the ambiance is dope. I don’t need to go back.
Great pre-concert spot. Good value, delicious drinks and food. Great happy hour too!
Bacari NEVER disappoints. The food, service, environment, and drinks are spectacular. The dessert is even better. If you haven't yet, you NEED to try Bacari!
Great food and the open bar special was amazing!!!
I love coming here. It’s my go to spot.
Everything was so yummy and we received wonderful service!
Best spot for USC brunch! Love the bottomless mimosas!
In from Vegas, staff was very professional and friendly. Food was very good, especially the Brussels sprouts, fried chicken sliders and lamb chop were delicious!!
Only issue was pricing was different then menu viewed through Open Table, excepted to pay half what the bill was definitely didn’t expect to pay $1 for honey in my tea. Menu shown stated “Hot” were $9 each however the only item at $9 was one o there were $11, $12 and $16. I like planning my budget including tip, with price difference less tip was given.
Bottom line I would return!
We were really looking forward to our dinner at the Bari Adams due to the rave reviews. Unfortunately getting our food to the table was a disaster. Everything is tapa style and each dish came out 30 to 45 minutes apart. After two hours we ended up asking for our food to go and canceling the rest. We kept inquiring but no one ever stopped by to us to let us know about the delay. We couldn’t even get more drinks. We washed our first drink down and would love to have a second or third while we were waiting but we could not get our server’s attention. We got up a few times to look for her. When she did come around she was very nice but not so helpful. We were sitting inside while most people were sitting outside, we felt like we were forgotten ones. The dishes that we finally tried were tasty but not tasty enough to overlook the bad service.
Food was excellent. Tapas style. Waitress and hostess were friendly and provided great service.
Great food and very entertaining waiter
The place itself is very basic. Needs some improvement
We went to celebrate my brothers bday. We’ve been to a few other Bacari locat
The experience was good but could have been better. The pros: food was delicious, food came out quickly and the drinks were bomb. The cons: our server did not check on us often, it took forever to get the check and our seating area was dimly lit and on an incline which caused our drinks to spill. Also, the restrooms were filthy with wet toilet paper all over the floor. Overall 3.2/5
The food is delicious. Parking is a bit of a challenge.
Waiters and management went above & beyond
Been here a few times for brunch and dinner. It’s an adventure everytime! Love coming back to try new things! My only recommendation is that the waitress could have easily upsold me on more dishes. She would ask if everything is going well and before I could respond and ask to order something else, she was gone! A few missed easy opportunities to make more money I think!
The food was SO bad. I can’t even believe this is the same restaurant as the one in Silverlake. My Diet Coke was completely watery and so I sent it back and they came back to tell me the machine was broken, implying they knew they were serving me Diet Coke that tasted like dish water. The worst part was the pizza. They ACTUALLY served me pizza on TOAST. I’ve had the same exact pizza at Silverlake and know for a fact the pizza is not served on toast. We were appalled and can say with confidence we will never come back to this location and wish we got our money back.
The staff is lovely! Cute ambiance for a date night. I recommend the smoked mushroom pizza and the all-you-can-drink deal.
Nice place. Food was good……………………………………………………………..
Lot of college students
