We are never disappointed with this restaurant. The food is good and service consistent. The New Year's Eve prix fixe dinner had plenty a choices per course, and all selections were prepared well. Our server, Justin, was ezcellent. Polite, efficient, and pleasant.

We normally have Christmas Eve dinner at the Argyle in Babylon. This year we switched it up and tried the Carriage House. The ambiance was beautiful. The restaurant is decorated beautifully for the holidays. The food and service were both less than hoped for.

I've been going to the carriage house for years on Christmas eve. At 7:30 they ran out of a dish that was on the menu. that should not have happened
