   We throughly enjoyed our experience. We got the vegan option for the snacks and stuff and it was absolutely delicious. The tea was great and the ambiance was awesome. The only slight issue was the price. I understand making custom dinner towers can be time consuming, but we ended up paying around $120 for just 2 people for the unlimited tea & "dinner" tower thingy. That's a bit much in my opinion.

   Babes Tea Room is a lovely tea shop that has a quite large selection of teas. The tea service is very nice and I loved their Irish biscuits! I highly recommend the formal tea service for a girls get together!

    Maybe a little expensive per person for the tiered selection..but the regular menu is good! Decent vegan/vegetarian selections. Go early if you don’t want them to sell out of regular scones, although the choc chip ones are good too :)

    Another great experience at Babe's Team Room. Our server was friendly and attentive, the food and tea tasting was great and the overall environment is lovely. We came in for a friend's birthday celebration and our server surprised us with a special dessert and candle for our friend. Have loved every visit and will definitely be back again!

    We did this for our daughters 21st birthday because that's what she wanted to do. The food was good and more filling than we expected. It's a tiny place and was constantly filled. The service was good and attentive and the decor was nice for a small, open space. Other tea shops are a little more intimate and quiet, but overall it was nice

    Babe's Tea Room is nice enough if you like extremely short get togethers and kinda pretentious environments. The food and tea takes a really long time to come out (after the attempt at an upsell to tapas even though we reserved afternoon tea), pots of tea are split with the entire table instead if individual like other places (and slow to refill), and it's overall a mediocre experience for $42 a person. The "friendly 10 minute warning" at the end of the 90-minute reservation is exceptionally off-putting. It's too short a timeframe with meh tea, food, and service. Rushed tea experiences are not anything I'd recommend.

    Every time I've dined at Babes Tea House in the past has been amazing. This time was not quite as great... We made a reservation and walked up the counter. I asked if I could sit at a specific table that was available. The server seemed annoyed and said our table wasn't ready yet. She ignored our request and cleaned off another table and sat us. The tea service was rushed and but the tea itself was delicious. I got the chicken sandwich and that was tasty as well, although a little dry. Once I was done with my tea pot another server came by and it took away. I was bummed because in the past they would offer more hot water but it was not offered this time. I order a strawberry scone shortcake. The server came back a few minutes later and told us they only had mini scones that were day old. She apologized and told us they could give us half off for them. We said okay that's fine. The desert came out twenty minutes later but it was a large chocolate chip scone with whipped cream and strawberries. We were confused but ate it anyways. It was so dry and disappointing. We picked at it and then another server came and took the plate away without even asking if we were done even though there was still food on it. Our server then dropped off our check. We paid using their electronic point of sale system. The payment went through. I was able to leave a tip. Ten minutes later she came back and gave us our check again and told us she could take care of it when we're ready. Again, we were so confused because we had already paid. She said she didn't think it went through. I was skeptical because I saw the message come up on the screen after I inserted my card that said, 'payment accepted'. I expressed my concern. Another server came up few minutes later and told us it DID go through. Then a few minutes server came up again saying our payment didn't go through. We were both so confused and annoyed at this point. Please use this as constructive criticism and do better.

    Lots of food for the price. Best tea I have ever tasted! We like sweet and fruity teas, my daughter had the strawberry tea and I had the cherry almond tea. The reservation is for a 90 minute tea time (completely reasonable and understandable so they can get as many people in throughout the day as they can), but our server started clearing the table and brought our bill over and told us we had 10 minutes left at about 25 minutes before our tea time was up. She seemed to be in a rush and didn’t ask if we would like to purchase any of the teas or macarons to take home with us and was a bit put out when I inquired about purchasing the teas we had. Overall a great experience to share with my 7 year old daughter and try to instill a love for English tea in her.

    Had trouble finding it, but staffed called to check if we were still coming and. Helped us find the location. The staff was so sweet. My daughter was having a special day with mom and they made sure she had a amazing time. I will definitely be coming back, couldn’t of asked for better service

    My girlfriends and I celebrated Galentines at Babe’s Tea House and it was the BEST gals experience. The aesthetic was perfect for a girly tea party. There were so many great tea options! We didn’t want to leave!!! Of course the scones and treats were wonderful. We loved that they offered GF and Vegetarian options too. I highly recommend booking a reservation and enjoying some tea time.

    Our reservation was only for 1.5 hrs, but we probably only were able to enjoy a little over an hour of our reservation because the table wasn’t ready at the start of our reservation and 15 mins before the end of the reservation, they kept reminding us our reservation was ending. We ended up leaving sooner than we wanted because they need to prep for their next group. The server hardly came by to check up on us until it was time to get us out the door. We had to remind multiple times to get water and ask for tea. It was also annoying that the lowest tip option they expect is 20%.

    After a phenomenal experience last year, we returned to have a Galentine’s Day celebration this year. Sadly, it just was not the same. The sandwiches weren’t as good…the bread was stale and dry on most of them and the flavor just wasn’t there. The scones were alright but we ran out of Devonshire cream and had to ask multiple times for more. We were told bottomless mimosas and Bellinis were available, but then our order wasn’t even taken and we had to catch our waitress to finally get some. We were also told tea would be unlimited and we could try so many different kinds. Again, it was never offered or suggested or anything so we only got the original two. I know that when you book the reservation it says that the ressie is for an hour and half but first of all, they are incredibly rude about it AND that hour and a half starts from your ressie time and NOT when THEY actually seat you. We arrived on time and had to wait 15 minutes for a table. They were kicking us out after barely an hour and so we ended up out right around what was 1.5 hours after our original time. I literally asked if I could finish my drink which they had just poured me, and the reply was “you can chug it”. Overall, it was a poor experience this time around. I can’t recommend it this time around

    Place is bright and cheery, noisy however. Staff is friendly and responsive. Food tastes good. The time limit of 1.5 hours is not enough time to enjoy the experience of teatime. Seemed rushed. Would like to have had a choice of tea for each person. My friend and I have very different likes. Overall a good place to try.

    It was the perfect place to take my mom for her birthday... a gift from me. I have been here before but sat outside since it was summer time. This time was wonderful but there was a big group of people in the middle of the room and they were loud and energetic, which is great but it made it hard for my mom and I to have a conversation because it was so loud. Otherwise, we loved the tea selection, all the food was wonderful and the staff is always friendly.

    Very sweet servers— Very accommodating. Food was decent but the concept of cheese and crackers shouldn’t constitute as a tapas menu. Too expensive for what it was. Would’ve enjoyed more decaf tea options. Bizarre room set-up and just very mediocre overall. Enjoyed the raspberry Parisian tea.

    Babe’s Tea Room was very cute from the outside but unbearably noisy inside! We couldn’t hear my friend sitting right next to me let alone those across the table. Our sever was very nice but we couldn’t hear her either. It spoiled the experience of enjoying a fun afternoon tea. The tea service food was fine but not exceptional for the price. I write many restaurant reviews and this is the FIRST one where I have been quite disappointed.

    Wonderful spot for a first date! It was a unique experience, the food was delicious, and the service was too notch. The only issue was that it was a bit crowded since it’s a smaller space. We were so close to the table next to us that it was almost like we were sitting together. But the experience definitely outweighed that, so I can’t wait to go back again!
