Our server was not very good at all. My chicken sandwich barely had any chicken. The salmon had a vinger sauce taste

It was a lovely birthday brunch for three. Our server, Hannah, was just as delightful as the food and drinks that were served. Overall, a great brunch!

The food was good but overpriced for the quality. Specialty drinks are way too high as well. Service was better than it used to be for sure. Between the music and then kids it was pretty loud. Not easy to have a conversation with our guests.
Avensole Winery RestaurantResponded on September 26, 2024
Hello Holly Dawn, thank you for sharing your feedback. We're happy to read that you enjoyed the food and noticed improvements in our service. However, we’re sorry that the noise level impacted your experience. Regarding pricing, we strive to offer quality dishes and drinks that reflect both the ingredients and the experience we provide, but we’ll certainly review your feedback with our team. We appreciate your input and hope to welcome you back for a more relaxed visit in the future.

Everything was great, just a little expensive. Over $100 for a salad, hamburger and two glasses of wine.

When arriving 3 ladies at front desk no one acknowledged us. You could see they were a little busy but no “we will be right with you” just ignored. Finally they were talking amongst themselves after we were finally checked in and then the girl was just waiting for us with no direction. Our waitress was very nice.
Avensole Winery RestaurantResponded on September 18, 2024
Hello Donna, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the lack of acknowledgment when you arrived. Providing a warm and welcoming greeting is important to us, and we regret that this didn’t happen during your visit. We’re glad to read that your waitress provided great service, and we’ll be addressing this with our team to ensure better communication moving forward. We hope to have the chance to welcome you back for a more seamless experience.

The outdoor seating was beautiful, service was top notch and the food was excellent. We had the bbq chicken and the French onion flatbreads, both freshly made and delicious. After our meal we walked around the gardens and saw the wine tasting area.
