Dubai’s first and only all-vegetarian degustation fine dining experience. Also caters to vegan and gluten-free diets on request.
The menu is inspired by humble seasonal ingredients, that are pure, clean, natural, and energy-containing. The cuisine uses fresh produce and dairy products from local farms. The restaurant is driven by the culinary maestro, Chef Rahul Rana, who has a rich background in curating vegetarian and patisserie concepts in culinary arts. The menu at AVATARA will showcase a modern avatar of the techniques, philosophy, and story of soulful Indian food. Indian cuisine was originally predominantly vegetarian. However, the perceptions around vegetarian food have been that of limitations. The idea is to break through these perceptions and curate a unique vegetarian fine dining experience.

    It was an amazing experience. The taste, the ingredients, the flavours, the presentation... it was just incredible and we enjoyed every single moment. And we didn't miss at any point meat 😉. We would definately comme back and recommend this place to any one else. Everyone was very nice and the local was inspiring as well. We also were delighted to have been placed just in front of the kitchen, this was very special to see the crew in his element. Thank you so much. Karine and Martin

    Hygiene is quite an issue! Using hands to put elements in plate instead of cutlery, also I got hair in one of my dishes. Otherwise Concept is good enough to try once.

    It was quite an experience. We have the 16 course menu and it was wonderful. Each one had a story, the flavors and the presentation was outstanding. Definitely will come again. The place is very chic.
