Was a great time for my wife and I to celebrate a special occasion. There was a moment when we couldnt decide on an starter so the waitress ended up bringing us the one we didnt choose as well as our choice on the house. We will definitely be back!

This restaurant is so unique! Each space has a different design and different feel. I really love the back room with the bar. There was a fire burning in the fireplace and just a lovely ambiance. Food and wine were absolutely delicious and on Sundays they have 1/2 priced wine bottles which added to our enjoyment. It was not crowded at all on a Sunday night. We had such a nice evening!

Somewhat pricey as this isn't a 5 star ( or even 4 star ) restaurant in my opinion. The bar has a very nice atmosphere.

Unfortunately cannot award less than 1 star. Awful experience Saturday Feb 16, 2019. Unable to comment on the food because we were never served any. In fact, never seated. Checked in at 8:24 for an 8:30 res for 4 adults. Was advised that they were running behind but could not give me any estimate on when we would be seated and that I would receive a text when table ready. Directed by unfriendly host staff - all three of whom incompetently stared into their iPads the entire time I was at the host desk - to go to the bar and wait. At 8:50 I returned to hostess and advised that I needed a better estimate on table because my wife is pregnant and cannot wait all night. Was advised that guests checking in at 8:15 had not yet been seated and it would be at least 25-30 min although no guarantee of table within that time frame. No apology, no explanation, no offer to comp drinks or send an appetizer to the bar. Left just after 9 to go elsewhere. Notably we did not inform the host/hostess that we left yet we never received a text or call indicating table was ready. Great location and space but very poorly managed establishment in line with what I have found at their White Dog restaurants.

I have had many many good meals here but this meal was a very very slow in coming. The noise level was horrendous and both dinners were way under cooked from our initial order

We went for Valentines dinner and the one disappointment was how crowded and noisy it was. Service was a little slow too. We’ve gone here in the past and have loved it. It’s never been that loud and crazy so hopefully next time it’s better.

The service was terrible tonight. The wait staff seemed completely overwhelmed. The place was very busy we had to sit upstairs where it was very loud and not a nice atmosphere. The service was extremely slow and the meals came out cold, What a disappointing night this was to pay over $200 for our meals and have such a bad experience is a disgrace. We won’t be back.

A lot depends on where you are seated as for the ambiance, but the food is very good, verging on excellent. I wish the menu has a bit more to offer, but the wonderful wait-staff make up for what is lacking. Actually all the people are ver nice! All in all I like it very much!

We had a wonderful Valentine’s dinner at Autograph. The food was delicious, the service was prompt and attentive, and the ambience was perfect. The beef carpaccio appetizer and crab cake entree were especially good. Ashley, our server, was excellent. I was just disappointed that with all the 20-somethings in the dining room, we didn’t have one proposal! We always leave Autograph saying, we should come here more often.

The place was super cool. I assume they also have a large party space you can rent out, which is upstairs. I enjoyed that the larger parties were separate, keeping dining volume lower. There was a few different rooms, each with somewhat different ambiance, but all were very “antiqued” and enjoyable. Food came out really quickly, but super expensive. Not a causal dining spot. Overall really good!

Enjoyed dinner in the sycamore room. Told them it was for our anniversary in advance but nothing was offered upon arrival to make it special. Food is as very good. Especially liked the butternut squash soup.

We went to Autograph Brasserie for the first time for our anniversary, and we had a great time. Our server Scott was terrific. The atmosphere was lively—imagine dinner next to a huge photo of Keith Richards—and the food was great.

Everything was excellent!
My only complaint is that the check was put on the table before my guests had finished their desserts.
American restaurants need to learn from European service at restaurants that a check is not presented unless requested and NEVER while guests are still eating.

I wish I could remember our server’s name- he was excellent. We were catching up with friends we hadn’t seen in a while and his attentiveness was perfect - not too much and not too little. We had drinks at the bar before dinner and they were also very good. The food was, as always, all very good.

Autograph continues to offer excellent cuisine and service! It also offers a variety of venues in the same restaurant: quiet booths, a large, vibrant dining room and several rooms suitable for special groups, small or large; one of them even has a tree in the middle of the room! We go every few weeks and enjoy it every time!

What a disappointment. My date and I treated my 24-year old daughter and boyfriend for her birthday. We chose Autograph because we had such a great experience before with our seat, service and food. I requested a table in the Club Room (through Open Table). When we got there, they said "Oh, we see that you requested the Club Room. Sorry, there are no available tables, but we have one in the (very loud) bar area or a booth in the (very busy) hallway." Not sure why there is even a feature in Open Table for special requests if restaurants don't honor them? They ended up seating us at a large 8-person table in the Club Room where we had to sit on one side so we can all hear each other. My salmon was very dry and my date's mahi mahi dish was just plain awful. He couldn't eat any of it. The hamburger my daughter's bf ordered was just OK. While we ordered 2 bottles of wine for the table, the $750 bill was definitely NOT worth it for the awful food we were served. Oh, and they changed the menu - they no longer serve the rack of lamb which is what we came for because it was so good before. Guessing there are new chefs? We have crossed Autograph off of our "go to" list.
