Ashley, our waitress, was the highlight of the dinner! She was personable, friendly and very attentive! Very disappointed in my food!! I received 4 small frozen
Thawed shrimp for 17.00. Unacceptable at that price! I ordered a burger which was cool and cheese unmelted. My husband’s dinner was good. He had the whole chicken for dinner and octopus for an appetizer!

Went for my wife's birthday dinner. Somewhat pricey, but you get what you pay for. Service was excellent. Our waitress was friendly, attentive and professional. They acknowledged my wife's birthday with a card and a candle in her crème brule. Lots of great options on the menu so we will plan to return to try the other dishes.

Service was very slow in spite of the fact that the restaurant was almost empty. My bread on my breakfast blt was burned black. The waitress never came back to inquire if our food was satisfactory. And, she didn’t appear for almost 45 minutes to offer coffee and desert.

The timing of the food delivery was very long. Our waitress apologized and provided a free cheese plate but she then proceeded to forget our salad and our Mac and cheese side with dinner.

I would recommend due to convenient location and atmosphere. food was good but not exceptional. salad greens had too many thick stems. We sat at a booth close to where wait staff hung out. That took away from the ambiance. next time I will request a different area. waitress was attentive.

We booked a table at Autograph for a business dinner. We had a group of about 11 people. We were sat in a mostly private room which was great and had a lovely meal. Our server was very attentive and the atmosphere was fun. All of the photos and album covers made for really great conversation. Overall I would recommend them!

Loved the atmosphere!!! All the autographed pictures, the private booths, our room had a tree in the middle of it. The ambiance was amazing. Some of the food was great, but some not - raw steak and very runny eggs in the haveros ranchos ( I know I spelled that incorrect) crab melt platter was a small amount of food - my brother could’ve eaten another order. Waitress was very knowledgeable about everything! She was great and had lots of energy! Would def go back here and refer to friends. Issues were minor.

Ordered Panko Crusted Veal. I would have expected this to be lightly pan fried, and tasted like it was dropped in a deep fryer. It was horrible, and was $30. Felt like I could have gotten a better deep fried bland meal from Burger King. Won't be returning again. Overpriced.

To start, I ordered the Thai shrimp. It was very good. I also ordered the Mac and cheese, scallops and a crab cake. The Mac and cheese was as good as it usually is there. The scallops entree was $32, and it came with three scallops. I ate half of one, and it didn’t taste very fresh. I was hoping maybe it was just an issue with one scallop so I tasted half of another. It also didn’t taste fresh. I advised the manager that I wasn’t pleased. I ate the crab cake, but I have to say it lacked flavor and had a little more filling than I thought their crab cakes had (I’ve had them a few times). When the server brought the bill, she said she was sorry that I didn’t like the scallops and that they took care of the $12 dessert for me. I told her that they could’ve left the dessert and taken the scallops off because I didn’t eat them. She told me that I ate two of them, and when I tried to tell her that I didn’t, she interrupted me and said she’d get a manager. The manager came back and told me they couldn’t take the scallops off the bill and that they would give me a gift card instead. It would’ve been a $20 difference had they put the dessert back and taken the scallops off. Not sure why they “couldn’t take it off,” but the $32 I paid for the scallops was their tip that night. Won’t be back.

We loved the food, service, and atmosphere, but it was really loud. The volume was more of a bar scene than a restaurant. We were there with people we had met for the first time and it was difficult to hear what each other was saying. It’s a fun, energetic vibe, though.

We have been to Autograph before and enjoyed our experience. This past Saturday we booked a table for 6 and because it was Restaurant Week, there was a special menu. Everyone selected the Veal Malinese. The service was so slow, we were offered a platter of seafood bites for the table which was wonderful. When our meals finally arrived, they were terrible. The Arugula was drenched in dressing and the piece of veal was tiny, heavily breaded and fried to the point of having the constancy of a hockey puck. We were then told there was not enough of the special dessert left and offered another selection. They did find several helpings of the special dessert and also brought us a few other selections. Our waitress was great and the restaurant was obviously struggling to prepare food that evening. But everyone one agreed the entrees especially were the worst meal they had had. Just not the usual for Autograph!

We love Autograph but it’s not a guaranteed good meal! Certain things are great, squash soup, salmon, others just ok (hamburger) etc
Service is slow and you wait for a table even with a reservation
Their cocktails are nothing special- no good ones with vodka!
All is all- a solid B or B+ on a good night ! Need reservations made well in advance for popular times on a Saturday night

This was my second visit to Autograph this week and one of many times I have eaten here. Most of the time it is beyond excellent in every area of a meal. When I dined there Sunday evening everything was perfect! This occasion was not one of the better visits. For appetizers we ordered the octopus. If you have never had it you really do need to try it. Sunday night it had been perfect, this time it was 1/2 the size and had an off taste. Disappointing if you know what to expect or if you are trying it for the first time. We also got the deviled eggs, it came with six. They were absolutely delicious! We ordered the artisan cheese plate gluten free and it came with small biscuit toast that was not gluten free. The cheeses were paired differently than they had been on the previous visit and the fig jam was just the outer peel and hard to eat. The cheeses, a Gouda, blue Cheese and a goat cheese were very good! I love the cherries but the almonds and honey were missing this time. The best one is their Brie but they haven’t had that in a couple of years sadly.
As an entree we ordered the duck breast. Earlier in the week we had a pork chop with an apple and onion topping and that pork chop was out of this world. There was a new pork chop on the menu but I’m not a fan of mushrooms so decided on the duck. It was awful, sorry to say. The duck was chewy and tough, it didn’t have a sticky or crispy skin..in my opinion duck needs one of these. All the flavors in the dish did not seem to go together. There was a carrot purée and some other items I can’t even remember. I had requested a booth upon arrival and they said they were saving it for a larger party. It was empty when we left. We were seated in the larger room which is so noisy. I could not even hear my guest over the noise. Usually this place is on point but this wasn’t one of the better meals we have had here.

Every year I celebrate my husband's birthday with his twin brother and wife. We always try to pick a new place. This year it was my turn to decide. I heard great things about Autograph on WMMR and they certainly did not disappoint. Not only did they seat us in the room I requested but there was a note waiting for the birthday boys on the table...wishing them a very Happy Birthday! That was the first time I ever saw that happen. They went the extra mile to write a handwritten note. Very sweet!
The meal was delicious...had the wedge with the most incredible bacon and the veal Milanese. Yum!
Ended the dinner with the BEST ice cream sundae.
Will definitely go back again!

Second visit to Autograph Brasserie (after trying it for the first time last month). Both visits were great. I love the atmosphere and the comfortable seating options. it's a great place for a dinner when you want it to feel special but not "over the top". I do wish that there were just a few more vegetarian-friendly options, however, as it would be nice to feel a bit more accommodated in that regard - two in our family are meat-eaters, two are not. That said, I am sure I will be back, as the overall experience has been exactly what I like (good wines, professional service and great dessert!) in a nice dinner out.

This was the perfect first date. The ambiance was extremely classy. Upon entering you are greeted by staff who were friendly but seemed a bit rushed and frazzled. The interior decor was stunning. The electric blue velvet chairs were so eye catching and fabulous to the touch. I was extremely pleased and pleasantly surprised. Rebecca was amazing and very friendly. She welcomed us and was very informative about our choices whether or not we craved sweet or savory; she was speaking my language. I ordered the Belgium waffle with truffle fries and he had the strawberry cheesecake french toast with eggs and the chicken apple sausage. I don't drink, but i indulged in a delicious mimosa which surprisingly didn't have an effect on me whatsoever. Will be back again for a girls day out with my Queens.

Seemed like they were understaffed. Our server practically ignored us and most patrons around us. Food was good but cold. It took forever for any food or drinks to come to our table. Each time we asked for something, it took forever. Suffice it to say, we won’t be going back.

Based on some of the other reviews posted around the same time that we dined, it looks like perhaps Autograph was understaffed or had another unexpected issue that caused multiple people to report on delayed seating / service / cold food, etc (we experienced the same & posted a lukewarm - no pun intended - review). Since then, a manager has reached out to me via OpenTable to ask for more feedback and to apologize for the atypical experience.

I really appreciated how Autograph responded / handled my feedback - it showed they truly valued the feedback given in this forum. Because of this, I will look forward to trying them again for a weekend dinner / better paced experience.
