   Two of our party were disabled & staff was considerate off that. Food was great, including daily specials. One suggestion would be to have more handicapped parking.

   Always a great experience, this is our go to special occasion restaurant. On a side note, the original honey butter was better than what is currently offered.

   What a pleasant experience. We were seated right away, drinks and our appetizer came out super fast and our meal was delicious, served spot on and in a timely manner. We were greeted by the manager and asked if were pleased with everything. Will be returning, for sure!

   The food didn't take very long to arrive and every person was very nice, the only complaint I have is the food itself. My boyfriend and I got steak, and it arrived with toppings that weren't listed on the menu, so we had to send them back. When it came back, it tasted sour and rancid. It looked like it was boiled as well. We also got artichoke dip and it wasn't great, didn't have much flavor, and was pricey for the small amount. The chips were also bland and cardboard-like. Though the manager was really cool, he gave us a refund on both steaks. We also tried the ribs to replace the steak, those ribs were really good, with a tasty sauce, and fell off the bone. Maybe we chose the wrong items at first haha.

   We were expecting a great Valentine Dinner and got a lunch, a waitress that was not on top of things. We went early as that is all they had for reservations and nothing was said before that they did not offer dinner till later.

    Four of us dined at Austin's for dinner recently, and we had a lot of fun. We had the Chicken gumbo special and thought the dish was fine. The cook initially forgot to add the shrimp and sausage on our gumbo, but the manager personally came to our table to deliver the missing shrimp and sausage. Everything else was fine, and we would come back again.

    Love the atmosphere and ambiance. Food was fantastic and came very quickly after ordering. Happy Hour is well worth the price, food and drink, as well as some of the items off the dinner menu.

    This is my wife’s favorite RR. We we celebrating our 52 yr wedding anniversary. We live in Greeley but still enjoyed the ambiance at the Harmony site.

    Exceptional service from our server. Mgr came by to make sure everything was good. GF options great for my celiac wife. Hamburger bun was best she has had. My quarter chicken was a little dry but still tasty. Hot artichoke dip was very good.

    Always love Austin's. It's my go-to place for a business or girlfriend lunch and favorite for a date night. I also love that they take reservations for small parties (even just 2 people).

    From start to finish everything was GREAT! The employees are so welcoming... Our waiter was very attentive to us. The food was delicious and healthy! I ordered the salmon with mashed potatoes. I will definitely order it on our next visit. Their prices are good compared to other restaurants in town. FYI, I absolutely love the ice tea there. Austin's American Grill is a MUST if you are visiting Fort Collins or if you want to treat yourself to a delightful evening. Bonaparte!

    They sat our party of 5 in booth in bar. Bar tender was busy, forgot to put appetizers in, got it after our food came but took it off the bill, forgot to bring over to go bowl and we left without item.

    Our waitress was really good at making sure we got our appetizer and drinks pretty fast! She also did a great job with our food and making sure everyone had enough water and anything else we needed, I definitely plan on eating here again!

    A great experience! We dined outside, protected from the elements but still able to enjoy the view. Good wine list, our server was able to add a new part to my story about the selection! The menu was varied, making the selections difficult ... all of which turned out to be outstanding. We shared a chicken tacos, should have doubled that order! Our entrees were the bison steak and the pork tenderloin. The bison preparation was outstanding, probably the best I have tried. My wife's pork was perfect, tender and melt in your mouth! We enjoyed our meal so much we decided to stay a little longer ... ordering their bread pudding dessert, which was also excellent.

    We've been going to Austin's for 20+ years. It was our celebration restaurant. The last few times the service has been really bad and the food was alright. The restaurant was clean but no one would remove our dirty plates, glasses, and we didn't get refills on our drinks. They had plenty of staff. The people I assume that were to bus the table stood outside and talked all night folding silverware.
