   We were celebrating my sisters last night in town. It was her first time dining in and she was so impressed. My sister has an allergy to gluten and the server Melody and chefs were so accommodating to her and took it very seriously making sure there was no cross contamination in our appetizer or entre. She had the Cesar salad with Salmon and I enjoyed a nice skirt steak. The steak was extremely tender & well seasoned. We both said it was the best meal we’ve had in a while. We also got to take advantage of their happy hour which is every day from 5-6pm. We had a happy hour appetizer (gluten free truffle fries) and wine ($2 off glass on happy hour). The ambience was nice and the restaurant was quiet. They also had patio seating which we might try next time with the weather being so beautiful out. Will come again soon!!

   We went here on Saturday for the 1st time and it was a pleasant experience. The food was amazing, however, for the price, the portion sizes were not, at least for my pasta dish. Ethan was our server and he was AMAZING! Such a personable, professional and knowledgeable young man. I would definitely visit again and I enjoyed the musician that was playing that day.

   We just recently attended the Mother’s Day brunch and it did not disappoint! The service was excellent as usual. The servers and bartenders are so friendly, efficient, and professional. They were educated on all the food and drinks and were able to answer any questions we had without hesitation. There was a large selection of different foods to choose from, and even with all the choices, everything we ate was delicious. The food was high quality and cooked beautifully. The desserts were colorful and creative, fitting the theme of the Celeste hotel. It was evident there was a lot of thought and time put into making this brunch special, and all of us (especially mom) were super impressed. We will be back for the next brunch!!

   Almost every person at our 15 person table had food that was not cooked accordingly. We were told by our server the executive chef quit and took 15 of the kitchen staff with them three days prior to our lunch. The servers were sweet but I think were getting anxious as most began complaining about the state of the food and our checks were unorganized. This was a family lunch to celebrate my sons high school graduation and they allowed me to come decorate the outdoor space. It turned out beautifully and Andrea was a wonderful help. FYI don’t have an out door event there at sunset as the sun blazes there and it becomes incredibly hot. I think once the chef and kitchen staff is trained in the kitchen the Aurora will be back in the high status it had upon choosing this restaurant.

   Aurora is a hidden gem. The food is much better than you would think for a hotel restaurant, and the cocktails were similarly good. Highly recommended if you’re in the area.

    We dined today for the Mother’s Day brunch. As a previous patron, this year’s Mother’s Day brunch was extremely underwhelming and disappointing. The presentation, cost, and overall taste of the food was not up to par with what it has been in years past. We were very disappointed in the amount of food for the price we paid. Additionally, the omelette station was backed up for 15 minutes with people waiting. The poor worker running the station apologized and told us that he had never worked in that station before, and it showed; he burnt eggs, kept turning burners off on accident, and there was a long line of people waiting. I actually felt bad for him, but ultimately decided not to get an omelette. That’s not an experience you want after paying $95 a person… Also, at the pasta station, one of the workers was actually eating the spaghetti while he was cooking it. Now he could’ve just been tasting it to ensure it was flavored correctly, but this looked very unprofessional and honestly, just gross. Again, not what you expect to see when paying the price we paid. I will say - the service was good. Our server was Joel and he ensured we always had drinks and went above and beyond for us. He was a rockstar! Ultimately, for the price we paid, our party of 12 was disappointed in the value of the food, the cost we paid, and the amount of food offered.

    The grilled salmon and chocolate bread pudding was amazing. One of the best we’ve ever had. Esther our server was so sweet and Lilly the manager came by to say hello and thank us for coming which we really appreciated. We love coming here. We’ll be back again soon.

    The food and atmosphere were amazing. We all had the brunch filet with eggs, asparagus and breakfast potatoes. Everything was cooked perfectly! The zodiac drink was inventive and we can’t wait to try more on their menu. We will definitely be back.

    The atmosphere was nice. I’d just say the food isn’t worth the price. I had the filet and lobster. The lobster although tasted good- was dry and the mashed potatoes had a weird after taste. The experience was nice though.

    It's a pricey venue, but it's worth it. Seems we were surrounded by groups of UCF profs. The only regulars that can afford it. For our small celebration we wanted fancy, and we got it.

    Food was ok, the staff were very courteous and professional. However, it took an extremely long time to receive our drinks. My friend did not get her drink until well after she received her meal.

    Our waiter Ester was absolutely wonderful! She checked in on us and made sure we were taken care of! She even went searching for a certain drink my mother wanted.     Went to Aurora for our Anniversary. We loved every aspect of the experience. Our server Andrea did an amazing job, she was friendly and efficient. The manager Lili also greeted us and congratulated us for our special occasion! The food was spectacular, definitely would recommend the steak! We finished our meal with the Supernova, which was delicious! Would definitely come back again!

    The reviews of Aurora did not lie. Food was great and the ambiance was very nice. We had burgers, waygu sliders, and truffle fries….all delish. We shared the coconut rice pudding and we were very pleased with how tasty and full of fruit it was. When in the area, we will definitely come back. Ali was our waiter and was attentive.

    Daughter’s birthday dinner. Lovely, modern dining room. Very quiet and relaxing. Food selections somewhat limited, but my pork tenderloin choice was very good. Service a bit spotty. I’d return as it’s adjacent to UCF campus and convenient for a special night out.

    Sat at our reservation time. Waiter met us shortly after. Orders were served quickly, fresh, and appealing to the eye and taste. Party of 4. Cocktails were delicious and with a twist. Everyone ordered a different entre and everyone was pleased with their food. I had the pork loin and the flavors were amazing when paired together. Another person commented, that tried someone else’s lobster that it had been the best lobster that they had tried. The quality of the food is at par to some fine restaurants.     Aurora has a very cool Space themed atmosphere! The food was very tasty and with a great presentation. The lounge is a nice cozy area with live guitar music on the weekend. Extremely nice place to dine, tucked away in the hotel. Enjoy!

    The ambiance was lovely for our girl’s lunch! We sat outside. My friend is gf and they accommodated her wonderfully. The only thing that could have been better was to toast her gf bun. My crab cake was delicious as were the truffle fries. My one regret was that I was too full for their signature chocolate dessert. Next time that will be something to look forward to!

    This was one of the best restaurants I have ever been too. Every dish that was ordered was cooked to perfection and I have never been to a place where I could honestly say I’d order the entire menu. The drinks were a 10 all around and our waiter Ali was extremely attentive to us. The whole look of the restaurant is breath taking. I will definitely be going back soon.

    Our server Melody was very helpful and personable. We dined in on the patio for happy hour and everything came out delicious in a timely matter.     Seated on a Sunday at 1245. There was only one other family in the entire restaurant and they sat us right next to them. I asked for another seat so we could all have our own space. Seemed ridiculous to have an empty restaurant and have the only over patrons sat next to each other. Later on we were the only ones in the restaurant and they sat a couple on the other side of the booth so now an empty restaurant and I was 12 inches from the other party.
